This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable! It was perfect for our impromptu family weekend get-away! Just far enough away from the dramas at home but close enough to be able to tend to our pets. The pool (and pool area) is clean and warm. The staff is very friendly too, especially in the middle of a key-card fiasco!

I thought there was a hot tub where the pool is but no biggie. The vending machine stole my dollar, again no biggie. No shopping nearby but that wasn't the point of our trip anyways. The power outlets by the desk did not work.

The staff was nice & the hotel was very clean. When we first arrived the electric was out but they still gave up the key & let us take our bags up to the room.

The breakfast & the satellite TV. The tv kept buffering & couldn’t watch anything but news. The breakfast was just some snack cakes or cereal. We went out for breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable great location for visiting family . We have stayed here before and they continue to take good care of this hotel.

The toilet in our bathroom was too low in both the rooms we had. And the air conditioner was putting off a mechanical smell. We did let them know.

Very much a standard budget motel that the management takes more seriously than normal. Everything is exactly as described and the staff try to be helpful. The city of Imlay is a backwater flats in the middle of nothing but the hotel is <30 minutes from the Sarnia border, which is why I chose it.

Breakfast was very basic without even the ability to make toast

The pool was nice when it's not full of kids screaming 😄 staff were very nice and genuinely seemed to care about the guests

If I had to nit pick I'd say the towels they provide are crazy small. Like for a smaller person (I'm 5'3) they were small. My 6'4" husband may as well have used the wash cloth for a towel

Very clean, beautiful, great indoor pool, incredibly friendly and responsive staff, and the beds were so so comfortable.

The breakfast was good, but I had expected a couple of more hot items. But again, I say, it was very very adequate.

Location is a nice 'country-type' area, and conveniently just off '69.' Many small towns in all directions. So it is nicely central to where ever you may need to travel.

Not only was the pool ICE COLD, but ... ...I was disappointed by the LACK of BREAKFAST promises. This particular location did NOT have the usual breakfast 'choices.' NO oatmeal...NO Dainish...NO eggs...NO sausage... NO HOT BREAKFAST, what-so-ever! ONLY cold cereal, apples & pre-packaged "Hostess" cinnamon rolls. In my opinion, that was NOT worth the cost of the stay that USUALLY offers 'FREE BREAKFAST' with your stay!

Staff very friendly, room was clean and bed very comfortable. Grandsons loved the pool.

Breakfast needs.help. Cereal and granola bars are not a real breakfast.

The area. It's pretty secluded but also just down the road is the main strip with tons of restaurants, shopping

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. I am very satisfied with my stay

The property was clean and well maintained. the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. This location is pet friendly.

No dog run. There is no hot tub. The pool was out of towels when we were at the pool. Only one luggage trolley for the entire building. The smoking law away from the front door was not being enforced by staff.
