The staff is helpful, kind and very professional & the design of the hotel is amazing. The bed was so comfy and clean, I loved that my room felt like a mini-apartment! The location is very nice, close to U2/U8 lines (Hohenzollernplatz) and U3/U6 lines at Münchner Freiheit. Very safe area full of eateries, shops, cafés & bäckerei. My stay was so peaceful and comfortable, the structure is close to all the amenities a person needs. It allowed me to experience another side of Munich that I wouldn't have known otherwise. The rooms come with kitchen appliances & there was even a washing machine in my room.

Sometimes, it felt a bit warm in my room. The curtain did not reach the opposite wall of the room - it was not possible to block the light coming from the street completely. My stay was amazing anyway, I'd book HApato again in a heartbeat.

Modern, clean, loved the kitchenette.

No air conditioning. There was only a fan and it still got pretty warm at night.

The location is very good, in an area that is safe and easy to find. It also has induction stove which is convenient.

The room smells of cigarettes the moment we entered. And the next day, the corridor also smells of cigarettes. And sleeping area has no lights, will be better if there are lights that are not spotlight near the bed

-really nice interior of the apartment, modern, very new and clean facilities -clean and modern laundry room (for a fee) -comfortable lounge/coworking area on the ground floor -staff in general was very friendly -public transport easily accessible -very good value for money for longer stays

-while the cleaning was supposed to take place every 7 days, they forgot twice and I had to call the hotel team twice on the phone to remind them (they came on the 8th day then) - I did not receive an email with check-in instructions that I was supposed to receive ahead of my stay, so I had to call the hotel team on the phone so that someone could remotely open the door on the ground floor - during the rebranding process from "Hapato" to "Bob W" there was a slightly confusing email about locks being changed on the doors and the keycard functionality; when I responded to the email with a question, nobody answered me (but all turned out to be okay)

Reception (particularly Dragana), were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed advice or assistance. The cleaners also do a fabulous job. The property is in a great location and it's easy to get everywhere. The area of Schwabing West is full of shops and some grocery stores. The property was very clean, well laid out and looks new. It had good temperature control for our winter stay. Our kitchen had a bar fridge/freezer, great oven and x4 induction hotplates. The pots and pans were all in as new condition. The water is hot all of the time and the beds very comfortable. There is plenty of space and cupboards. The downstairs communal lounge is lovely and we found accessing the property really easy. For the top floor there is another flight of stairs that the lift does not reach. There is a Metzgerei and a Netto close by, which despite being small was really well stocked and well priced. The pay as you use laundry downstairs is easy to use. It's a lovely, quiet and safe area. Reception arranged a taxi on departure which was on time, friendly and well priced and we really appreciated this.

For us on a long stay (over 3 weeks) cooking our meals in, some more pots and pans, crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils. We were given some oven items and an extra kitchen towel when we asked, but the kitchen would do well with more cooking items like chopping boards, grater, foil etc and other items such as dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc topped up for a long stay. Small things that make a big difference. Kitchen cleaner is available from the communal cleaning room downstairs, but it would make more sense to have this and other cleaning items in the apartments. Extra bath towels would also be so very appreciated. The property is cleaned every 7 days. We are returning to Munich in January, however the prices have gone up and we have had to book elsewhere unfortunately.

Everything went smoothly, instructions were clear - from online check-in to getting the room key (card) in person (there was staff present, as well). Great location, modern, clean apartment with everything you might need, even a hair dryer

We weren't sure what to do with cards after online check-out, when we got out of the apartment and were discussing to leave them in the apartment because we didn't see any notice about it. However, when we got down (near the entrance in the building) we realized that we should just drop them in the slot in the table where we picked up the cards in the first place

I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment! The studio is beautifully designed, combining comfort with functionality. The location is excellent. It is a vibrant yet quiet area, making it easy to explore the city. It’s close to public transport, great restaurants, and key attractions, which makes getting around a breeze. The staff truly stood out for their warmth and attentiveness. They were always ready to help with a smile and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Munich. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great facilities in the room in terms of cooking things. Hob, dishwasher, the studio XS was perfectly adequate for me and my daughter. There was soap and dishwasher tablet and even a small lavazza coffee pack which was so appreciated. Location good as near metro and area was fine.

Small gripe - would be better to give a small pan so that two items can fit on the small hob which was barely possible. Think this place is probably great in winter. In summer when we visited however it was very very hot. The fan given was nowhere near enough to keep minimally cool. Air con is expensive so if no such ventilation system can be managed in the building then at least a ceiling fan or something much stronger as it made sleeping difficult on a hot night.

Very good location, good cleanliness, small but very well-used space, very attentive staff, every time we needed something, the staff provided it, a very good experience.

We studied/worked in the coworking space, but since it was also the reception, it was normal for there to be noise. Some days, there was also a kind of cocktail event that made it impossible to stay in the coworking space due to the noise. There was a separate room, but only one for the whole building. They need to reconsider this issue because if you want to study/work there daily, it may not be that quiet.

The location had many restaurants near by. Although It was small it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The curtains only provided blackout conditions. There was no way to have privacy and natural light. Our pin to get into the property the first day did not work. We were lucky that a staff member happened to come by to let us in since it was after 5pm. Cleaning services are once a week which can be a pain especially for towel management and garbage disposal.
