Location is absolut top. All the sightseeings are close, cafés and supermarket are also there. In the description it is recommended to arrive to Wilhelmshöhe railway station, and I don't know why. It is only 10min walk down the hill from the Central station. The room was cosy extra-clean, all necessary utensils were there. Pillows and mattress will definitely allow you to rest after a long hike. Online check-in is comfy, as it provides you with arrival flexibility. Though having multiple emails per day is a bit annoying, when you want to distract yourself from the digitals.

The system of opening the doors is horrible. It wasn't mentioned how long can it take to open the door (in our case it was 2 minutes for the first opening). Maybe, it could be useful to mention it somewhere, that "after you press the button in the App/Web, it may take a while, you will here a signal of opening, when it worked. After that you have a couple of seconds". Also, in one of the emails it was mentioned that QR will provide us with access to everything... But there were no QR scannees, so yhat the code was unnecessary and confusing.

-The location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and public transport. -Check-in and check-out are both conveniently handled online, and you can use your phone to unlock the door, which adds a modern and high-tech touch. -The interior is spotless and feels brand new, with bright, well-placed lighting. Everything you might need, from toiletries to basic amenities, is thoughtfully provided.

The hotel is situated next to a busy square, and although it’s not too disruptive, you can occasionally hear the sound of the subway or street noise at night. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be noticeable.

The location was fantastic if you like shopping! Some landmarks and museums were within walking distance. Buses and trams are the best ways to go around. It wasn't so noisy at night which is the best after a long day of walking!

The room was too small and the shower splashed water all over the place, especially out on the rest of the bathroom floor! Needs more towels. I had to go upstairs to get more towels for my 3-night stay.

All digital, very clean and fresh new hotel in the city centre. We enjoyed having the kitchenette and the best bed pillow set up we ever had at a hotel. ☺️ Quick and polite email reply when we had questions about the windows. We used car park nearby which worked out fine.

Nice long balcony for the whole floor, but not much privacy for the bedroom.

There is no more central place in Kassel, other than a tent on the tram station :-) A nice view over the city, very close to all the tourist attractions. The Hotel is brand new, very clean, fully automated (no keys are needed - all doors can be opened through a webpage/app).

It's all very good! Just a tiny nitpick: I was missing a shoehorn :-)

Great location, very central and convenient to walk to everywhere in the city. Good quality furnitures and interior decorations, bright and morden bathroom utilities, practical kitchen unit. The room is very clean. The combination of functional and morden room design style provide a very good experience during the stay.

It would be nice to provide luggage lockers for early check-in or check-out guests.

The room is extremely clean, everything is new and fresh. Location is perfect. Very nice experience.

The communication with the stuff was little bit complicated. It looked like my questions were not understood. The information in the messages was too general and wasn't answering my demands in direct. Nevertheless, as soon as you find you room number, everything goes smooth and no problem.

Room can get a bit too warm after a day of sun shining towards the building. Windows had to be widely open in the evening else it will be too warm for the night.

Modern, clean, great quality of bedding.

Fully digital check-in which is fine but expect many emails with instructions - a bit too much. Staff on the phone helpline is not local so wouldn't be able to help regarding questions about that specific location.

Best place we've stayed in Germany so far. Everything was high quality and designed well. We really enjoyed the bathroom and how clean and modern it was. The location couldn't be more center.

Even tho the fully digital experience was nice and well played the doors took a long time to open sometimes and needed multiple tries.
