It's very central,but situated in a busy night life street! Very large hotel, the bedroom was large and bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices and egg station. Very friendly staff. They also have a private car ( one of their staff,Ho, very friendly,speaks a little English) to organise trips to the lotus lake or to Ban Chiang and the spectacular Pha Phrabat,not to be missed.

The A.C needs upgrading: Very noisy and doesn't respond to the remote control properly. The shower has 4 levers,2 unlabelled, a bit complicated to work out, but plenty of hot water.The cubicle leaked.

Central location, well maintained building approximately 10 years old. Fabulous staff and buffet breakfast

The hotel is an oasis of calm on an entertainment/bar street. It is relatively self-contained enough with the pool area well off the street to be suitable for families. However, it is a bar street so if that is a concern there are other new properties on the cross street leading to Central shopping complex you might want to check out. For me, i have already booked next year’s month long stay there.

The room was large, spotless and nicely decorated. The WiFi was fast, the shower was hot and the aircon was cold. Perfect! I also noticed that the windows facing the entertainment venue next door were double glazed, which meant that it was quiet. Nice. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. However, it is in the same street as a few bars and massage shops, so be prepared for some "Welcome!" and "Hello handsum man!"

Very handy to beach and hotel first rate, Breakfast was great. We arrived at 4am from Phuket off the Bangkok overnight bus. Good communication with hotel prior meant they we waiting for us to transfer to the hotel. They offer 24/7 service. Room was large and well provisioned, Across the road was a major shopping Mall. GRAB taxi services,were great to get around to the main centre,

We were sad that Ferry link to Pattaya still had not resumed that service. Excuse was lack of tourists, Just meant a 5 hour trip or more by road,

Location is within walking distance to the mall, train station, Bangkok hospital and night time food vendors. Beds were comfortable (not rock hard), mini refrigerator worked fine, water was always hot in shower. Parking spaces are small but there was always a space to park. Breakfast was an impressive quality buffet for a three star hotel: egg station, 3 types of fresh fruit, salad bar, 3 types of cereal, coffee machine, waffles, fried potatos, rice soup with toppings, or rice porridge with chicken or pork, Vietnamese sandwiches AND four Thai dishes which changed daily. Pool was sparkling clean. Fitness room could be accessed early morning; had two treadmills, two stationary bikes and a bench with a bar and some rather old weights. Staff were great- helpful and friendly.

If you're a foreigner looking for beer, foreign food, and um, other stuff you will probably like the location of this hotel which is located on a side street filled with pubs/bars and lots of foreigners playing pool with "girls". Not a family friendly street. Fitness room was not cleaned during the three days we stayed here. Guest room floors are cleaned with a mop that never gets dipped into a bucket of water. Instead whatever was on the floor from the last room gets dragged into the next room- including stay hairs from other guests. Yuck.

Booked the day before we traveled, and got a great price. Room was nice and clean. Location was on small side street, close to bars, restaurants etc, and only 10 min walk to Central Plaza shopping mall and large market adjacent the Railway Station. Evening meals at restaurant were good. Buffet breakfast generally very good, although no cakes on the 3 days we were there :(

Pool small, and noticed that people drinking from glass bottles pool side. Room was described as having a balcony.....however, this was about 18 inches deep and is basically an outside smoking area only, which was disappointing.

I have stayed here at least three times and it is my go-to hotel in Udon. Good parking, near the centre, polite staff, nice rooms. Good swimming pool. The fitness centre is a bit small, but I've never seen it busy so the chances are you will have it to yourself.

The only downside is it is in the street with all the foreigner bars... beer, pool and bar girls. Instead, ignore these and go to The Library bar at the end of the street. Go to the somewhat hidden second room with the bands. Gets lively from 10pm... definitely my fave bar in Thailand

The cleanliness of the room was very appreciated. Late checkout was great also.

Even though they have two doors to the balcony for soundproofing, the night club right next-door was playing heavy bass the entire night. We were there for two nights, and the beds being comfortable did not help due to the loud music. Even with earplugs! The hotel itself is not the prettiest, even though the rooms are clean, modern, and have all the amenities. the pillow had a hole in it. The staff is hit or miss: You can fall on a fantastic staff member that treats you with kindness, or you can have the complete opposite, snickerng at your request, and plainly rude. We’re not sure we would stay again at this place. Overall, it was still a good stay.

This is a big, luxurious Hotel only 5mins walk from Udon Thani's Bus station, only 150m from Central Plaza (the main shopping mall) and not too far from the Railway Station either. There are several good bars and cafes very nearby on the same street too. Apart from a Gym, the hotel has ALL the facilities you want/need in a Luxury Hotel - 24hr Front Desk (I had an effortless 5am check in), the breakfast is very good and there are good mini bar and in house dining options too.

Nice variety of food in the buffet breakfast. The rooms were quite large and very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the night markets and Udon Central Plaza.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t all that good. And I didn’t like the fact that the water leaked out of the shower and puddled in the bathroom doorway. Also we stayed 2 nights and none of the soaps/shampoos were replaced for the second day leaving minimal bathroom facilities. The complimentary shower cap was collected on the first day but not replaced which was an inconvenience as my wife had a hair treatment and was not able to get her hair wet.
