Perfect location close to Garibaldi square, 10-15 min walk to the beach, Massena Place and other atractions. Room small but I had all needed things. Calm, clean, bathroom big enough to keep all my cosmeticqs, huge shower, lamp close to bed so I could read in the evenings, comfortable bed. Breakfast ok, even if I dont eat bread and sweets I could had oats and milk.

Room could be a bit bigger. I had small cabin luggage for 8 days so managed but with big would be problem with place.

The hotel, albeit a bit small and a bit old looking, is actually such a nice place to stay. Im coming back here for sure. Staff is super friendly and super helpful. Restaurant, Groceries, Shops, transport, they helped us with all and provided such useful information. Beds really comfy, and all amenities are clean. Location absolutely superb. 15 minute walk to beach/old-town. Less than 4mins to tram/bus/train station.

I had nothing which I didn't like. I would like to note that this is really a more budget 4-star option. So manage your expectations. But the experience for me was 5+ stars. Would return 10000%.

The location is fabulous , easy walking distance to anywhere in Nice . For what we paid it was very good value for money . A no frills hotel but rooms kept very clean and clean towels and room cleaned every day , Do not expect any sort of luxury but friendly reception staff and basic but spotless rooms . Tea / coffee making facilities in room were a nice touch and shower gel in shower , shower was also really good .

Rooms were very small however we were never in apart from to sleep .

The lady at reception was so kind and welcoming. We arrived a lot earlier than expected and we were tired after travelling and she checked straight away to see if our room was ready, we were in our room 15 minutes after arrival and it was before check in. The hotel itself was only a few minutes walk to Old Town, near a tram station and shops. They also provided brochures at reception with all the different things you could do during your stay.

There was road works outside the hotel that woke us up on Monday morning- this is no fault of the hotel

Excellent location, less than a 5 minute walk, across a beautiful square, from the tram that took us from the airport, to the hotel. It was a perfect location across the road from the old town, and only a 15 minute walk to the nearest train stations that took us to Cannes and Monaco. The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. A good selection for breakfast too.

Nice location, very easy to reach Port, City center. Good stuff. Clean room. We did not take breakfast, so there is much good places near to have it, just walk 3-5 min. They have also luggage hold, so if you arrive earlier, like we did, you could leave your baggage there in secure room.

Missing ventilation, so you have to hold your windows open. As city is quite noisy (additionally there are music pub near and road building works at moment - okt.2023 and seems some more months) sleeping is not so comfortable. Small uncomfortable pillows also do not add sleeping comfort.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The standards remain high despite the industrial work outside. All the staff had the excellent balance of professionalism and being friendly. It was good working team and and accommodating to personal needs in terms of fridge storage of medication. Our questions for travel were excellently researched and described or printed. Nothing was too much trouble. And then there is the breakfast. Delicious and abundant.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The location was good, near the centre.

The rooms are too close by and not soundproofed. The people next door were noisy and whenever they were getting in and out of the room, there were always a lot of noises. Also, we had booked a taxi to go to the train station through the reception. No one informed us when the taxi was arrived. We got down just 5 mins after the said time and the taxi had left. The guy on the reception said we'd be able to get a tram but there were no trams before 6am. We almost missed our train for this and were saved only because we had gotten a very helpful uber.

I found staff to be super friendly here and helpful! It’s not exactly central but it was still a fairly central location, as it was easy walk to city centre or beach. We didn’t catch trains at all we walked everywhere. It was clean too. Over all I was happy with it and I’d be happy to stay again.

Not the hotels fault but outside there was a lot of construction going on. I was worried we’d be woken up very early from noise but luckily we didn’t notice any noise disruptions during our 2 day stay.
