The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, a 1 minute walk from Old Town but also quiet enough to be able to get some sleep at night without music blasting through! Pool and facilities were beautiful and the valet service really saved us from having to search for parking in crowded areas.

The team are absolutely wonderful. They provide a 6 star service and make you feel so at home. Every team member we came across was just wonderful. In particular, Maria, Despina and George went out of their way to make us feel welcome and genuinely part of their family during our stay. It was so unexpected and made us feel so relaxed and cared for, considering it was our first ever holiday as a family, with our 6 month old. Our room was perfect for our needs, having a little one, we had the space to relax and separate at bedtime. The pool facilities were wonderful too. Piano man on the evenings was a lovely touch too. Location was excellent for Old Town and not too far a walk to the local beaches. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

However, the staff went above and beyond to help me correct it. They offered me a glass of cold water and a comfortable couch while sorting out the issue. Their hospitality made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. **Front Desk Staff:** The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even helped book a trip to Loutro. Maria, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. **Bellmen:** The bellmen were just as friendly and welcoming. Every day when we returned, they greeted us warmly, assisted with our vehicle, and offered recommendations for the next day's activities. The location of the hotel is great! It’s just a few steps from all of the major attractions in town and really close to the harbour. The hotel is equipped with a nice pool and a decent gym. The food that is served in the breakfast is fresh and delicious. Above all, what really stands out is the welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff members, especially Vulla, that improved our staying there much more and even helped us planning our trip there.

Location is perfect and everything just works like a well oiled machine. We had great fun riding the wooden " Coco-mat" bikes the hotel keeps

The staff and service provided at the samaria hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Loved how close this hotel was to the old harbour we walked down every night.

Nice new modern hotel with wonderful staff. Very clean. Varied and well-prepared breakfast. Good location about 5 min walk from the old town. I think Samaria's premises were preferable to those in old town which can be hard to access, with no elevators, and small. It was the best hotel I stayed in during my 3 week trip to Greece.

Everything, GREAT STAFF, GREAT BREAKFAST, GREAT BAR with a GREAT LOCATION close to old town.

The breakfast was fresh and contained a wide array of options. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. The location was good too. Walkable to the harbor as well as conveniences within the same block.
