It was close to the beach. The beach bistro was cute and had a good breakfast. The room was large but dated.

The couch was stained and needs to be replaced. The curtains were torn.

Everything was excellent. I am terrible with names. The lovely lady that checked as in was wonderful, so whomever worked on August 12th at 515pm thank you so much. All the staff were friendly. Thank you to the special young lady who went above and beyond to bring me clean bed linens when my friend left and my neice and husband were arriving..she stopped what she was doing and helped me. And thanks to the gentleman who checked us out on August 19th at 1010 am...he was courteous, informative and very helpful. He also went above and beyond to deliver a special thank you to the staff member who helped me. Thanks to all of u at the Sea Ranch Resort..you are all wonderful and made my family and my stay exceptional. The place was clean and comfortable and we loved the end room with extra balcony..room 327. Thanks again to everyone.

I really can't think of anything that needed improvement.

Ideal location. Walk right on to the beach. Rooms are the width of the building. I.E. balcony and ocean on one side, exit to a community balcony with view of the town on the other.Enter your room from the outside. No hotel hallways or lobby to contend with. Rooms are clean though a touch dated. I stay here a couple times a year. Great privacy and the rates are on par with other options in the area.

Only one elevator on the property which is a minor inconvenience. It would be nice if check in times were a little earlier than 5:00. A 5:00 check in time should warrant a lower rate adjustment for that day.

The guy at the check in desk was very friendly. The room was clean with a spectacular view of the ocean. The room was big with plenty of storage space. The bed was firm but comfortable. Two chairs to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean. The door to balcony did not lock but we were on the fifth floor and felt safe. We were in the end room so it was quiet and didn’t hear anything all night but the sound of the waves in the ocean. We would stay here again. Very close to everything and we tired several restaurants but none were spectacular. Just so so. Also I didn’t take pictures of the room till we were leaving so don’t judge the hotel on the mess. Room was clean and neat when we arrived.

The elevator made a horrible noise. We felt it was unsafe so we took the stairs.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The rooms were clean and well kept. It's an older hotel, but they have done a great job keeping it up to date. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. The front desk staff on check-in and check out were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The on-site restaurant was also wonderful. We are a large group, and they accommodated us well. The indoor pool was really nice. The water temperature was good and it was very clean. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

I really have nothing I did not like. We did have an issue in one of our rooms with the air conditioning. I called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance team in a timely manner. They were unable to fix the issue, so they gave us another room exactly the same as the one we were in initially. Their customer service was awesome.

Y'all. The views are impeccable. The room had what we needed. The furniture was nice and fit our needs. The front desk was helpful. The restaurant is cute! Gwen is super helpful. We had a significant family event and loved the indoor pool (it was a cool April visit!), breakfast until 12:30 p.m., oh, and the mimosas!! The convenience of sharing two-bedroom suites with family while having access to regular hotel rooms for those who just needed that. The suites have full kitchenettes and laundry, and each bedroom has a private full bath! And the balcony and the view... you are ON THE BEACH. Parking is also a breeze. Finally, you're close to Gumbay's and the First in Flight Museum. The beds were comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like, but here's a heads up as you are perusing choices: The hotel is older; it just needs a little paint in a corner here or there. BUT this resort was on it and had maintenance actively working and improving while we were there. None of the work was bothering guests. Also, one of the days, the heated pool was a little chilly, but I didn't have time to report that to the staff, so that's on me. Literally nothing else was wrong. Just loved our stay and the staff!

Location is great - right on the beach and lots of amenities nearby (shopping, restaurants). One thing we noticed that was exceptional was the showerhead - the water pressure was great and it looks like there were all new fixtures. Staff is very friendly, parking is ample and the oceanfront view from the room is awesome!

The prices of the food at the restaurant are a little high, especially for breakfast, although the food is very good. One of the elevators was not working, but that didn't really affect us too much.

Location was great and the pool was great. Staff was also very nice.

The property needs some minor updates , the balcony door in our condo did not open, we had to use the one in the bedroom. The bathroom light had no cover on it, we had to hang a towel in the bedroom window because the blind was broken and we didn’t want anyone looking in. We didn’t complain to the front desk because it was minor things that we could work around. The living room could use more seating. There was a couch and 1 chair, not enough for 6 people. My son had a room in the main building and that room needed updating, stained carpet etc, but all in all a comfortable room.

Location was amazing. Right on the ocean, easy beach access and close to the fishing pier and lots of restaurants.

Elevator call button was only working on floors 1 & 3, we’re a family of 5 and only had 2 bath towels in the room with very small almost sample size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. We had to go to the store to buy toiletries. And you can not get new bath towels unless you take your old ones down to the front desk. No room cleaning services unless you called down for it.

Very clean! I can’t think of a single complaint. I was very happy with it all! Pool was spotless and heated! Room was VERY nice. We may have not been ocean front but it was a very short walk. Right on the beach. Coffee in lobby at ALL hours! That was great news to us coffee drinkers. Big bath towels and a nice clean bathroom. Staff were kind and friendly. We loved this hotel. The price was crazy good. Off season rates. You just couldn’t beat it! I saw a few bad reviews and I am thoroughly confused. I just have to remind myself that you just can’t make miserable people happy. Imagine being at one of the most beautiful places in the world and complaining about very trivial matters. Don’t listen to them. This place was great for a much needed winter break!
