Great setup for families. The 2-bedroom apartments are large enough and cozy for 2+2 families. Not so much partying around, so it is rather a quiet stay. About 10 minutes walk to the beach is a good exercise.

Golf course nearby. While it is nice to have the west facing balcony, the golf course is a bit dangerous. One day I just got up from the chair and less than 30 seconds later a golf ball flew right into the chair braking it. Supposedly the golf course takes no responsibility... and I think that should be changed. Huge traffic congestion. We arrived on Sunday afternoon - no problem. And left on Saturday afternoon - no problem either. But if you arrive on Saturday afternoon - huge traffic coming in. And if you want to leave on Saturday morning - huge traffic coming out.

Good size 2 bed 2 bath apartment for family vacation. It offers FREE laundry, of course you still need to pay for supplies if you don’t bring any. They have many facilities: one large indoor pool, 2 medium size outdoor pools, a kids play ground with sand pit, mini golf, a basketball court, a couple of pickleball courts, a gym, an activity room with arcades, pool, ping pong table and family games, and a movie theater/room. It is in a great location, a few blocks away from the beach front, still recommend to drive to a public parking lot though. You can easily get food and groceries from a nearby Food Lion and many good restaurants. It is also close to the Wright Brother memorial.

Indeed the property is little dated, but we certainly feel the efforts that the management spent to maintain its value. The carpet floor of my unit was recently replaced, the master bathroom also has its new furniture.

We have stayed at Seascape Beach and Golf Villas several times and really like the location which is about two blocks from the beach. It's also close to other restaurants and not too far down on the Outer Banks. They have been upgrading/renovating the property, especially in the accommodations, and I imagine they are going to continue doing them. The fresh paint on the outside, new carpet, painting, and bathrooms inside look good .

My wife found the master bedroom mattress to be poor. I imagine the kitchen cabinets will be upgraded at some point as they are original and not in great shape. The activities that are provided are pretty much the same as we had before. The summer price of $291 per night is okay if you've got a family of four or perhaps six people staying there, but it seems a little on the high side for just two people.

I felt like the listing for this stay was described really well, we got what we signed up for, in the best way! The apartment was very clean, the staff was friendly, available, and helpful. As a bonus, the property had extra amenities we weren't expecting, like free family movie nights in their theater room, 3 pools (1 indoor and 2 outside), hot tub, mini golf, tennis, etc. Great place to stay with family

The beds could have been a bit comfier, although I was able to sleep on them, so they weren't terrible, and some of the pots and pans need replaced in the unit, but again, usable.

Sea Scape has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool and hot tube. All of the facilities were extremely clean. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Furniture was in good repair and comfortable. It is modest apartment, but we knew going in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and the guests were families. It is 2 blocks from the beach and we were able to find parking easily. Laundry facilities were excellent too. I enjoyed it and will look at it again in the future as a place to stay in Kitty Hawk.

This was my 4th time at Sea Scape, and every time I’ve been has been great! the pools and hot tub are always clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and there are so many amenities on the property!

The only thing I can say is that it is a ~12 minute walk to the beach, which can be tough in the summer with all of the beach gear. We did find a place to park closer to the beach that is across the street that made that trip a lot easier!

I thought it was a great value overall. The location is great. The condo was very nice. Tennis court was very nice. Pools were nice. Rec room was nice.

Our downstairs neighbors were annoyed with us because they said my kids were too loud and stomping around. I think the issue is really with sound transparency because no one has ever complained about my kids being too loud before. Ever. The gym/exercise room has some decent cardio equipment but could use more weights and machines, and updated weights/machines. The space for the gym is too small for a resort of this size.

Everything about this property was great for my family. The playground, the indoor pool (outdoor pools were closed), tennis court, mini golf. Everything was great. The apartment is very spacious and the private balcony was a nice touch. Everything was clean and up to date. I will definitely stay here again during 'in-season' weeks.

If I really had to be picky and find something that I didn't like, it was just the screen door. Like I said, that is me looking for something. I really didnt mind it, and didnt complain or feel the need to complain about it. But I am being asking in the review.

We rented a studio apartment on the golf course that had two rooms and a bath. It provided what we needed. The bedroom had a queen bed, one night stand, and a closet with some shelves but no hangers. The entry room had a loveseat, one end table, a dining table with two chairs, and a kitchenette. There was a small sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. The apartment was stocked with dish soap, one roll of paper towels and TP, 2 bars of bath soap, 4 washcloths & towels. Basic but adequate. There was no cleaning service provided during our six days. The apartment was clean but had a few scuff marks.

This room was connected to another unit and we could hear the occupants in the adjoining room. The TV was tiny, and the batteries in the remote were dead. This was fixed the same day by maintenance, and we left the TV on low volume to cover the noise from next door. The cost to exchange washcloths midweek was 50 cents each.

Very close to the beach!

The put-put golf was very small. The rec. room was missing a ball on the pool table, only 1 ping pong table, & one of the games was out of order. Very small, but pools were phenomenal even though one had to be shut down for cleaning. Still another outdoor pool and indoor pool for entertainment. Also would be nice if Togo condiments were available in the rec. room, even if guests need to purchase them.
