This was such a beautiful hotel! My husband and stayed here for just four nights but it was very comfortable. They don’t have A/C in the room, but a fan was there and worked perfectly fine. There was a fridge in the room as well to store my husband’s medicine which was nice, as other properties I looked at did not have this. It was a little difficult to plug my Nintendo Switch into the back of the TV, but we eventually got it! The breakfast was perfect. I tried the eggs and beans as well as the fruit while staying there, but preferred the eggs and beans because it was more filling (both were delicious though). The coffee from here was also amazing, as well as the matcha. The hotel was close to an Oxxo if you needed anything, and honestly close to anything you could think to need. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower was hard to work. You had to barely turn the water on hot and cold and slowly (and I mean SLOWLY) adjust the temperatures. You’d either get the lakes of hell or Antarctica if you tried to adjust it too fast. If you stay here just know that you have to be patient and adjust :)

The service is exceptional, all the staff committed with the customer. Super clean and the bar and restaurant at the terraza is delicious. You can find a lots of street food, so many tacos in the street around and you’re going to feel safe everywhere, the zocalo and a lot of museums are close, basically walk distance.

I have not a great experience with the rest, the bed was super uncomfortable. The mattress was old and weird the room definitely needs another type of bed adequate for the required standard for hotels. The bathroom has a couple of water leaks. Other than that nothing crazy and the staff did wonderfully looking how to solve everything.

Great location for access to interesting places to visit in Mexico City. Clean and comfortable for good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, though having a better grasp of English would be helpful for American tourists lacking a good grasp of Spanish. The included breakfasts were delicious and both the cafe and upstairs bar/restaurant were good and convenient. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet and definitely a good base to explore from.

The street outside could be quite noisy and busy at times (but, hey, it's a big city). Also our bed was quite firm/hard and required a bed topper to make it more amenable for our needs to sleep well. The staff did help us when we complained about the hardness of the bed and put a bed topper on it as soon as they could. The room was somewhat small, but met our needs. There was little natural light since our room was in the rear of the hotel and on the 1st floor.

Beautiful modern hotel in great location adjacent to Centro Histórico. Staff was super friendly. Room was really nice with all the amenities a solo traveler would hope for.

CDMX weather is such that heat or air conditioning is not required to be comfortable. But my room did get a little stuffy. a simple desk fan would have remedied this. I would recommend that the hotel provide this in the rooms to circulate the air.

We stayed in three rooms at the hotel over 11 nights. The basic double was much bigger than expected and fantastic for one night. The Queen suite had an extra room and we found it to be spacious and comfortable. The pool suite was the best though! We loved having our rooftop pool to chill out in the evenings. The staff were so lovely and we enjoyed the free minibar too. The location was absolutely incredible and the Mexican style breakfast (fruit plate, fresh juice, coffee and small pastries) helped kickstart each day. We like our mattresses super hard - so slept really well, but do be warned that the beds may be a little hard for some! Still thoroughly recommended.

There were a couple of things broken in the pool suite. Notably the stairs to the pool (although this wasn't a problem as you could access to the side) and the automatic blinds. Apart from that, we thought this was a fantastic base to explore the city from.

The hotel is well designed has a Japanese feel even thou you are in Mexico City. The Staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean. This is a very trendy hotel in the heart of the city 6 blocks away from the Torre Latino building and the main tourist areas. There could have been more choice for breakfast that caters to Europeans, the hotel is located close to the famous El Moro Cafe where you can buy fresh Churro..., would recommend you try. Very Safe security within the building

The bed was a bit too firm, maybe the hotel should offer mattress toppers

Very photo friendly, jacuzzi was great! Staff were awesome, friendly, and accommodating. Didn’t hear other guests in the hotel.

They would not let deliveries through the hotel, so you have to come down and get them. NO A/C IN ROOMS. You get a fan, which leads to the other issue. Very limited amount of electrical outlets available. The sinks are more for aesthetic than function. No way to upgrade breakfast package that I saw. No table for eating in the room.
