Excellent location. The entrance to the subway is about half block away. And the Metrobus is a block away and it drops you off in the historic center. You also have an Oxxo by the subway entrance and a 24 hour pharmacy (Simi). The staff was very attentive and we were allowed to leave our luggage there before checking in and even after checking out. Even though it's on a busy street you really can hear the traffic.

I didn't mind but maybe for some the bathroom is quite small but it fulfills it's purpose.

Nice room for a very low price. Also the location was very central (just 15 minutes walking to Torre Latinoamerica). The staff was super friendly.

We stayed here for 6 nights and our room did not get cleaned, even when they told us one day that they would.. So you will have to go down to the reception to ask for new towels/ toilet paper. One time they did not have any clean towels left, but offered us to get it from another location. Also it was a bit noisy at night. But for the price it is a fine hotel

Friendly staff, hot showet, cleaning room every day, central location, plenty of eateries nearby, walking distance to the center. There is receiptionist until midnight. The room is small but clean. Can left luggage in receiptionist.

noisy neighbours at night, the hotel should introduce quiet hours. Matress could be too hard for many people. Only one electric socket in all room. For the one who need adapter, could be too heavy so not easy to charge phone, etc.

Stuff is really helpful, also after check out they kept our luggage so we could enjoy lasy day in CDMX :)

The rooms are REALLY basic and walls are really thin. But you've got what you pay for.

I liked the location as it is right on the Eje Central and there are many transport options, places to eat, it is near the city centre. Deliciously warm water to take showers at any time.

Windows face the interior corridor of the hotel, so i didn't open them as i wanted my privacy, but i would have liked to open the windows and have some fresh air. A desk or small table would be great.

I liked the central location of the property as it was right next to the Metro which meant that I could easily get to where I wanted to go. I also liked the 24 hour reception as you could come and go as you pleased. The staff were very helpful as I was caught in Hurricane Beryl in Jamaica and they allowed me to change the dates of my stay at no charge. They also allowed me an early check in.

It was a great location, decent to what was expected on a price/quality comparison, i would definitely consider staying again if the need ever arise to stay the night, the staff was attentive and always available.

The bathroom for the rooms on the top floor were too small having the toilet and the bath area a step next to each other, the sink was outside the bathroom within the bedroom but it was still doable

Friendly attentive staff. Didn't make me wait, asked if I needed room cleaning/towels without me having to ask, my room was VERY CLEAN for this price range. Staff all had a smile

No chair in the room. But I've never stayed in a budget motel here that had one. If you're staying more than a week and it bothers you that much, go to a market and buy a plastic chair.

Great value, yea no windows only one socket, but overall I thought very good value for money, I stayed 2 nights and it was fine.

Was hard to get the temperature right at night , hot when you go to bed and chilly just before the sun rises and the covers are thin,

The smell of cleanliness fills the place, the staff is very friendly especially the lady who received me upon my arrival, I felt like I was part of my family, thank you very much

Quiet, I got some much needed rest after my long flight from Paris, the place is also close to the Zocalo square
