I always stay here when in Mexico City which is about three or four times a year. Close to the airport and the centre. Very clean room with excellent beds and bathroom. Appreciate the blackout blinds. Professional staff. Machine for coffee, beer, water, snacks. The place next door open until 5, has good value menu.

The hotel is located just on the edge of downtown centro. It is safe and close walk to zocalo and many other areas. The front desk lady was pleasant and easy to understand. The room was on the top floor but the elevator only goes to the third floor so you had to walk a flight of stairs to get to fourth floor. The room was clean and well kept. Noise levels were good. It is a good option for budget.
The only thing that I would comment was unpleasant was the bed, it was very hard and not comfortable.

It's a great place to stay on a budget, staff is nice, the location is great for the price, the room is clean, there is hot water. The rooms are great for the price, nothing fancy but is comfy and you could get a good night of sleep. Is not that loud as other comments make it look.
would not recommend to be walking at night, I didn't have any issue but it looked sketchy. If you are looking for something fancy this is not the place for you, but there is nothing I can comply, I stayed for 7 nights and didn't have any remarkable issue.

Really helpful staff, what people say about the noise from street facing rooms is true. After a couple of nights I asked if they could change my room, and they did without issue, even letting me have a nicer and much bigger room for free (no real noise issues from there). I ended up spending a good few days here, it's ideally located if you want to be next to city centre. But you might also like to try out other areas like Polanco or La Roma, which are safer at night and more upscale (they have a different vibe to city centre). Wifi was good in my rooms but can very depending which room you get. Can also get Uber etc here with no issue (unlike some hotels that are literally in centre - as cars not allowed in all zones), and can order take out food no prob too.
As other people said having proper windows would be nice. Breakfast could be a lot better too, but can't argue for the price, it's as cheap as some of the shared-rooms in hostels. Treadmill didn't work in gym (but again this is just another luxury, not a must-have for the price).

So, I was in a dilemma when I decided to pick this hotel because it had mixed reviews but honestly this was really good for the price and the service. Listing few good things: - The WiFi speed was amazing - The staff members were kind and they let me store my luggage during check-in and checkout - They have free flow coffee and juice plus some breads/fruits for breakfast - If you are looking to travel in public transport then it's very accessible - They have an in-house convince store and the prices are pretty good - They provide a standby fan that you can use during your stay - Washrooms are very good
As people mentioned it's a little loud because it's right next to the main road but I would say it wasn't that bad to stay. Maybe for those who are sensitive you can request a room away from the main road. Apart from this I don't see anything negative in the experience.

Clean comfortable location, close to many things. Super friendly staff and good internet.
The location is close to many things but the area at night doesn't feel safe to walk around.

All the staff members that I encountered were very helpful and friendly. I loved the Day of the Dead decorations they set up, including free shots of tequila or other spirits.
There was only one double plug point that I could easily access next to my bed. When I put my travel adapter in place in one of the plugs, the second one became unusable because of the size of my adapter. This meant I couldn't plug in the fan. The only other plug point was near the wall-mounted tv, and the fan cable wouldn't reach that.

Comfortable modern hotel with an elevator, only a 10-12 minute walk from the Zocalo. Located on a busy street, but I had an interior room, and it was very quiet --almost no internal or external noise. WiFi was good, and there were outlets by the bed. Hot water in the shower. Free filtered water in the hallway, and free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. Overall, it was a good value for the money, and I plan to stay there again.
I speak Spanish, but if you don't, please be aware that front desk staff only speak Spanish. You will need a translation app. Lighting in the room was a bit dim, but manageable. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit seedy. However, as a solo woman traveler I did not feel unsafe walking to and from the Zocalo.

The queen size bed was very comfortable. There was a fan that we could turn on to move air around and block out the noises from the road though with the window shut, it wasn't very loud. They had a way to refill our water bottle with cold water. The shower turned hot fairly quickly so no wasting of water. It was only a few blocks from a metro station. Right next door is a great little place to eat breakfast in the morning. There was an OXXO and lots of street food close by.

The structure is at walking distance from the city center and has few food shops nearby. The staff is adorable. The rooms are very clean and the beds very comfortable.
The windows are very thin and the main road is terribly busy and noisy, resulting in having to use earplugs as only way to sleep.
