Central location.Very clean and bed comfortable Staff friendly

I would have preferred coffee in the room rather than in a central location .I was under the impression that I had booked with breakfast included but was told it was not included and had I not received the e mail .Apart from that nothing to dislike

Reception Staff patient, persistent, hardworking and pleasant. Pointed out local issues which hadn't occurred to us; like restaurant closures. And worked around them for us. (We were staying over Christmas.)

Lack of a shelf in the bathroom! May I suggest the elegant decor would not be undermined by a plate glass (safety) shelf. The breakfast offering lacked a fresh fruit salad; a little fruit yes, a salad no. A fresh multi-fruit salad at breakfast - which one hasn't had to make - is a delight on holidays.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeously decorated and clearly well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. There was a problem with the bath tap in my bedroom and they didn't hesitate to offer me a different room, which was greatly appreciated.

This has been one of the better hotels I've been in recently in terms of quietness and sound insulation, but the room doors slam shut quite loudly. So all day you'd hear people coming and going from their rooms, and sometimes even late at night or early in the morning. Perhaps they should see if they can put some sort of foam padding in the door frames or something.

Very nice traditional building. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location; everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

They have two entrances, because they stretch across two buildings. We were first at the wrong entrance, which was closed and we thought they had gone out of business. We found the main entrance later. A sign on the closed door stating where the main entrance is, would have been nice.

This is a classic Spanish hotel on a street just off a major area of the city. Lots of the main attractions are walking distance and lots of great restaurants nearby. It's very well run, and with excellent staff who are very experienced at assisting with tourist issues for guests. It's clean and beautifully decorated, and there's a coffee machine in the breakfast room where you can get a variety of drinks free at most times. Depending on the time of year, it's usually reasonably priced.

This time, I found my room quite noisy at times - usually early morning with people right outside my door and sometimes door slamming noises at night. Not often, but annoying. Also, I found the mattress a bit uncomfortable, which I had never noticed before. I think next time I will ask for a room a little farther away from the center of the hotel.

I’m so glad we booked to stay here, it was the perfect hotel for a city break. The location was very central and close to everything, the hotel staff were so friendly and kind, it made us feel really welcome in Seville as a whole and it was perfectly clean and beds were comfortable. They also very kindly stored our suitcases on the last day after we checked out so we could explore the city before our late flight home. We’ll definitely be back!

No notes, everything was as described!

The location is great- it's a 4 minute walk to the Alameda de Hércules; where there are a number of restaurants and it's less than 15 minutes walk to the centre. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet. I hadn't opted to include breakfast at the time of booking but there are tea and coffee facilities available and I enjoyed a cup or two in the courtyard there. They staff were very helpful and I was allowed to leave my luggage there on my last day as I had a late flight home. The checkout time of 12pm is really great!

The only minor gripes I had was the shower pressure was a bit weak and the continental breakfast was €12, which I thought was a bit pricey, but apart from that everything was excellent.

Beautiful building, traditional style. Nice room, lovely staff, they allowed us to store baggage before check in/after check out. Good location, a short walk to the city centre.

We weren’t aware before staying that construction was happening nearby. As we were staying from the day before Christmas Eve to the day after Boxing Day it was thankfully suspended on the whole, however started again on the 27th. Would have been nice to be made aware of this in advance. Breakfast was plentiful but not too great in quality. WiFi was very weak in our room, it only worked downstairs.

The hotel is traditional in style and is very quirky, with a lovely inner patio/courtyard. Our room overlooked the courtyard and was really quiet. I had requested a quiet room and this is what we got. Comfortable beds, lovely clean bathroom. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We are travelling through Europe on our Goldwing motorbike and stopped off in Seville for a one night stay to see AC-DC at the open air stadium. The day we travelled, it was over 40°C... phew! Far too hot, you can't turn the air con on when you're on a bike. Great air con in the room, though... thank goodness! Great buffet breakfast in the morning with some bacon, eggs and mini sausages in the warmer. I believe there was free tea and coffee on offer after 11 pm, but we didn't avail ourselves.

The price! But understandable, because there were so many people in Seville to see AC-DC. Everywhere had bumped up the prices, and there was no such thing as cheap or even reasonably priced accommodation! Also, just beware if you're on a bike as the narrow streets leading up to the hotel can be a bit slippy. Oh, and the parking was charged at 22€ for one night for our Goldwing motorbike, which I thought was steep but OK, we needed secure parking so we had to pay it.

Comfortable, modern room in a beautiful building with lovely courtyards and common spaces. The hotel is on a quiet street, but not far from the main sights in Seville (e.g., about 15-20 minutes walk to the cathedral), and near many dining options. Note - The hotel offers private parking, but requires that you request on the day you plan to arrive (no guarantees if they're full). The garage itself is very small, and to enter, you have to drive your car into an incredibly small elevator. The streets in the old quarter leading to the hotel are also very narrow, with lots of one-way stretches, so exercise caution if you're driving an SUV or larger vehicle.

Breakfast offered many options, but seemed overpriced
