As I understand, the hotel opened 14 days ago, the team was learning. You could see he was getting better. What pleasantly surprised me was the concept. Everything is built on a family atmosphere, on trust. You can serve beer, or wine, or even alcohol yourself at great prices. You probably won't find 2 euros for a large quality beer in Austria. Free quality coffee, chocolate and lemonades all day long. The hotel has a large wellness area including a swimming pool. There is a Skibus next to the hotel. You are on the Gletcher Express in 5 minutes and in other 10 minutes you are already skiing at an altitude of 2850 to 3440 meters. Thanks for a great experience, I'll be back. Their slogan "feel like home" fits exactly.

New renovated facilities & very good price/performance ratio

The staff (young people helping with meals and handling the English speaking guests at the reception) were wonderful. Very helpful, always in a good mood, lovely! The chef exceeded our expectations, the food was top notch, prepared with care and they catered to gluten free requirements!

The staff should speak English, the hotel was not fully ready (in the middle of construction), there was dust everything, not well insulated windows, the wellness area was not accessible at all. The hotel issued a 50% refund so in the end it was ok.

Great location with the ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. The food was good with decent choice for breakfast and 2 meal choices for dinner. Staff working in restaurant were exceptionally nice and professional.

Hotel underwent major reconstruction of the wellness area as well as some other parts of the leisure rooms. We feel like we walked into the building site. There was dust everywhere ... Builders passing by in the morning, noon time and afternoon whilst carrying their tools and other other stuff ... In the middle of the peak skiing season??? Unbelievable. No communication has been passed from the hotel reception to us, that the wellness is out of order prior to our arrival. Staff was very rude and arrogant on our arrival when we enquired why we did not receive the information. We and other big family with kids and grandparents were told, that we can go and find another accommodation if we don't like the hotel without the wellness ... at 7pm ... in the middle of the ski season ... or stay and receive 50% discount on our stay. No apology, no reflection, no explanation why this work is carried out in the peak skiing season. Owner appeared out of nowhere, just barked on us pretty much the same information that we are free to leave and find another accommodation if we don't like his hotel, refused to apologise, refused to explain more and despite our request through reception for meeting him at the later stage he refused to meet us and speak to us about the whole situation.

Location, self service for drinks

We have been at this hotel before 8 years ago - the old photos were used - it was deliberate try to mislead the potential customets. The current situation is like staying at the contruction site- with a lot of building material snd dust everywhere. Breakfast was OK. dinner was only from 6 - 7 p.m. , food was just OK, kids menu - everything was fried.

There were normal average breakfasts. Good location.

Terrible dinner!!! We stayed at the hotel for three days, and only one dinner was completely eaten. One evening there was soup, but as it turned out, the hotel ran out of bread. Dinner starts at 18.00, but you won't be able to actually get food until 18.50, because the staff is not ready for the arrival of guests. When asked how long we need to wait for food to be brought to us, because we are hungry, the waiter rudely replied that we should wait like everyone else and not be indignant, and if we think that they will bring food to us earlier because we are from Ukraine, then we are wrong. (as it turned out, the waiter understood the Ukrainian language a little). The waiter invited the manager from the reception, who did not even want to listen to our claim. He just answered that we need to calm down and wait, and left. The staff does not have enough time for regular service. At dinner, the thermos ran out of boiling water to make tea, the coffee machine asked to clean the filter. There was fungus on the ceiling in the pool due to the high humidity. There was no toilet paper in some of the cubicles in the shared toilet. There are no radiators in the room, they are barely warm, so if your clothes get wet after skiing, you will have nowhere to dry them. The price does not match the quality. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone!!
