We were amazed. We thought we are booking a larger apparment and figured out we booked pretty decent vacation house. Being a family with 3 adults and 2 young kids it was abosolutely perfect for us. The house was well equipped and meaningfully close to stores, restaurants etc. (still need to drive). Once getting back to the location we'll surely come back. It gives a feeling of being at home while staying in such lovely destination.

Only virtual contact with renting agency (which actually worked pretty smoothly). There were steps we needed to perform when leaving - such as disposing the trash or starting the dishwasher etc. we learned about only the day before our departure from the email - it would have been nice to know already at the time of booking that there will be such actions needed. We would still book the place but would not be surprised...

No coffee-especially if the house already provide dish soap, laundry pods etc, I would give it a 9.0 if they provide coffee Distance to gondola lift -we r only here for 1 day skiing but if we are back for a week we will definitely choose hotels with walking distance to the lift. The traffic and parking driving up to the main lodge is horrible.

The condo was very well decorated and had all the comforts of home. The rooms were very comfy and the kitchen had all the amenities that you would expect. The parking area was right out the front door which made it easy to unload bags etc. Very quiet and the landscaping and views were exceptional.

the trash that we had to dump ourselves was a bit difficult because the dumpster was far from our condo and the lid was very heavy to lift open (sr citizen).

The location was perfect: away from tourists, super market and church nearby, easy access to all our hiking destinations. Having the athletic club access was wonderful. The kitchen set up was fantastic!

The electric fireplace was “ on” our entire visit emitting heat making temperature control in the front room frustrating. We called the service number and never received a response. Having only the slider doors for fresh air was disappointing. Our windows had 4 locks on each - so we didn’t open them. The mattress was very uncomfortable and outlets were in short supply in the bedroom. We travel with a power cord so it was ok. The water pressure in the second bathroom was very poor.

The apartment was incredibly clean. The bedsheets, pillows, towels, surface areas, all! Everything was dusted, washed and not old or worn out. The location was great, very close to everything, and if you wake up early to hit the slopes, you can easily find a parking spot at main lodge.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the spa Jacuzzi and sauna as they were out of order. That is something I use on a ski trip and it influences my decision making when booking a place. I prefer a place that has these amenities and I expect them to be functioning. I was very disappointed by this and the staff did not give us other options or even let us know they were not functioning.

The noise insulation between units is not good. I would try to book an upstairs unit next time. We were downstairs this time and you can hear every step, drawer opened and even voices from upstairs. This was particularly unpleasant as the people above packed up at 3 am....

Excellent location on the southern edge of Mammoth Lakes Village, lovely residential feel, great landscaping with a gurgling brook nearby and the wonderful Snowcreek Athletic Club that we're given access during our stay. You can stare at the nearby mountains to your heart's content. The kitchen was well-equipped, the television was huge. We like the units in Phase IV even though they are older and could use updating and sprucing up, some more than others. Unit 611 Golden Creek had some issues that needed attention of which I notified their facilities manager. Snowcreek now uses refillable toiletries and household cleaners which I applaud. Also grateful for their recycling efforts throughout the resort. We love coming to Snowcreek every summer. It's our tradition now.

I gave a list of issues to be addressed at this unit to Snowcreek management. But overall, we always have a great stay in any unit at Snowcreek from upscale to modest.

Perfect for my family. My wife, self and our 5 children. Had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. My wife is picky and she liked it. That’s a win for me! Didn’t have to listen to complaints all trip about it. Gentlemen, you all know what I’m saying. 👊🏼💯 Will def be on my list of places to stay in mammoth next time.

Pillows in the master bedroom where huge. And I don’t mean length. I use a king size pillow at home. They where the tallest pillows I had ever seen. Couldn’t sleep with them. Grabbed a pillow off the couch. Much better.

We really liked the location of the resort. Great view from the balcony to the mountains. large appartmet great for 7 people. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. there is a small grill on the balcony.

The second room was advertised as a queen size bed, but it was actually a full size bed. Quite old beds, rickety. It was also not very clean, there was dog hair and food crumbs on the sofas. Near the stove, there were green stains from the sauce on the countertop, which were easily removed with a rag. Lots of cobwebs on the windows. Also near the bar was a round chandelier covered in dust, it is easy to get it from a chair. The bathrooms also had very dusty lamps in the ceiling that showed fingerprints. There was a lot of hair in the shower from previous guests.
