The room had a cool view and was spacious.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and all the same style. I requested a softer pillow because I was having trouble sleeping but there were no other types available. There should be a variety of firm and soft pillows available for guests.

Honestly this hotel was amazing and the staff lovely. Room was very clean and hotel in general was very clean, beautifully decorated, brand new and calm. We needed the room to be cleaned in the middle of the day and they sent someone in less than 5 minutes who cleaned everything perfectly, changed the sheets, the towels, etc. The breakfast is great too, with a lot of options (croissant, pain au chocolat, all sorts of bread, fruits, eggs, turkey, bacon, yogurt, cereals, all types of milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.). There's a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood and we did not need to take a cab during the whole weekend. I will definitely be staying in this hotel again if I'm visiting Minneapolis.

We were charged for 2 bottles of water that were in the room and that we thought were complementary... not that big of a deal but kinda annoying.

The room was very nicely laid out, comfortable, clean; nice amenities incl. rainfall shower.

The light switches were a little confusing--what switch went with each light--and the lighting was dim. Hard to do my makeup before the show.

Parking - unclear what floor connects to the lot. Maybe have it marked in the elevator. My key card was deactivated while trying to access the lot. I was on the 5th floor and needed to walk from ground floor to access stairs and elevator. yuk

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous upon arrival! When I was checking out I had an issue with the parking garage the manager walked outside and handled everything, he was truly awesome. This was st Patty's weekend so I'm pretty sure he was busy but he made time to do that for me and I really thought that was very kind of him!! Definitely will be staying at this hotel again!!!

Really cordial, welcoming desk staff who recommended a nearby place for dinner. Our room on 8th floor was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for luggage. I would book AC for any Minneapolis stay again!

Centrally located, secure

An extra roll of TP would have been nice. One never knows what ills a customer may have and thus, you should think about stocking an extra roll in the rooms. The cost to value ratio is positive, I assure you. Nothing like waking up and having to run down to the front desk for TP, because there’s literally 1 sheet left. Additionally, extra TP will also promote a more luxury feel to the hotel, IMO.

Our stay here was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable and the bed was superb. The hotel has a relaxed vibe with comfortable spaces throughout along with refreshments. Our breakfast was tasty with a good selection and quality ingredients.

Well, the front desk staff were not helpful. We asked to have the room cleaned in between the days. That didn’t happen very disappointing. There was a party on our floor (top) and it kept me up most of the first night.

hotel was right downtown, very convenient, had a bar and restaurant in the hotel, very clean rooms.

pay for parking right on site, a bit of a hike to the car from the ramp, had to take 2 separate elevators and no hotel luggage carrier so that was a hassle. noisy because this hotel is right across the street from the gay 90s bar.
