Suites are comfortable, cozy! Bathroom is spacious. The valet is so convenient and the valet staff are so helpful and prompt! Perfect location if you are attending an event at Target Center or Target Field!

Due to being located downtown, the noise level from the roads/traffic outside is high. Even on the 7th floor, we heard car alarms/ horns/ sirens all night. We stayed at this hotel on a Friday night during a MN Twins game, obviously a lot of guests stayed also, making the lobby very busy and the elevators continuously packed. On Saturday morning about 10am, we waited over 20 minutes for an elevator that wasn't already full! However, staff were very helpful and allowed us to utilize the staff elevator.

Location of the hotel was excellent, being just a couple blocks walk to all events we went to. The room was nice and cozy for small sq ft. View outside towards downtown and sports venues was great. Breakfast was incredible. Definitely cannot complain about the two complementary drinks in the lobby bar. Staff was exceptional at completing our requests for a fan in the room.

The location was excellent as we were attending a musical event at First Avenue and it was about a five minute walk. The pool was small, but perfect for our needs. The breakfast was excellent, especially with to-order omelettes, oatmeal and a great fruit combo of melon, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Our room overlooked a very busy Hennepin Avenue, but was very quiet. The shades made the room almost totally black. Although valet parking was expensive, our car was warm when we got it, so believe it was kept in a heated ramp. Important during the winter.

No safe in the room. More information could be provided. We checked in on the Hilton app, but were not given a place to leave a card for incidental expenses. Had to make a special stop at the desk.

The rooms were very spacious and pet friendly. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and their lounge was fabulous. The bartender was super nice and took really good care of us. The dinner in there was excellent. There is also a Pub attached to the hotel and a steak house after that and a sports bar across the street, so plenty of eats within walking distance.

They do have free breakfast on the 2nd floor, but hard to find and hard to find any food left because they had a lot of people at the hotel and over loading their plates for the family in their rooms. They shut it down promptly and the second day I was lucky to get cereal and coffee because they ran out of food. The food was just ok, not great. Also have a free reception in the evening, again ran out of food. Basically chips and salsa, pretzels and cheese and crackers. All the kids ate it up before their dinner.

Friendly staff, prompt responses, everything simple to understand, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The size of our room was really spacious, and valet was prompt. I’ve seen people complain about the parking, but the fee is really ok if you plan the stay at 1.5 days. $55 for overnight through the next afternoon is quite reasonable for a city center.

There was an odd lack of blankets in a pretty chilly temperature. Our little one slept with two cotton sheets. We had sheets and a summer weight duvet, but I woke up freezing at 4AM.

The breakfast was good, and the location was just a walk from the target center.

I like a valet service, but the fact we couldn’t go out to eat after the concert because valet services weren’t running and we could not access our vehicle told by the front desk clerk, we had to order delivery. Not the best option for our night in the city.

Breakfast was great and quick. The room was nice however I wasn't a fan of the pocket door for the bathroom but it was still nice. There was only shampoo, bar of face soap, and lotion, I would have liked to see conditioner and hand soap. location was great. quick walk to the target center.

I didn't love the pocket door for the bathroom. I felt it wasn't enough privacy. On Sunday (checkout) it was a long wait for the elevator. I feel some of them must have been out of order since there was 6 elevators but It felt like only 3-4 were in service.

We love this hotel, it's our go-to for a fun night out in the city. The common spaces are beautiful, the rooms are comfy and elegant. We love the little extras, like happy hour and the amazing breakfast buffet! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and it's located close to anything you want to do downtown.

The only complaint is the pillows. They were flat and uncomfortable. Sometimes I bring our pillows with, but I did not this trip. Our room smelled a bit musty as well, and in previous rooms the view was of a rooftop, but that's expected being in the city.

Location, breakfast buffet. The evening reception was good. In the past when I stayed, the evening reception was unlimited and plenty of snacks. This time it was a limit of 2. There was only 1 bartender. Very long lines. The snacks were empty and not refilled.

Nice sized room with a good hot breakfast in the morning. Location was great and so were the staff. I liked there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The complimentary nightly reception was really nice too.

Elevators were slow - I think a couple weren't working. There was a shortage on towels but we managed. We really enjoyed our stay so can't think of much we didn't like.
