We loved everything about our stay here. The staff are amazing and friendly nothing was to much. The location was perfect away from the busy parts but close enough to get to grab was easy to order and never more than a few mins wait. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever experienced so many options for everyone. The rooms are clean and the balcony is huge the pool is good. If we ever come back I would stay here again.

The Pool is amazing! The breakfast is great too. The property is huge and worth spending ample amounts of time at. Great views. Had a delightful stay at Sol by Melia Phu Quoc. 100% worth it. Recommend it

The location could've been a bit better as the main attractions of Vin etc are towards the north of Phu Quoc. But not a problem at all since they're 30-40 mins at most by car, Definitely not a downside but it could've been closer to the bigger attractions.

Advertised as having an adult only pool which was not the case. Staff took a long time to take orders, often on their phone or hiding from site. Be careful of the all inclusive package - it’s a very reduced menu but they don’t tell you that when purchasing. They also say you get 20% off the spa with the all inclusive but it was only off certain things. Breakfast was hard to get a table, cutlery or even plates at time. A lot of staff clearing tables but still struggled to keep up.

Nothing, everything was fine. It would even better if a shuttle bus to the city center would be offered in the future.

Gym and pool are excellent!

The staff that worked there was really nice, The breakfast was good, only the desserts was a bit dissspointing. The pool and beach was great. The room was clean and had everything you need It was a very relaxing atmosphere.

The place is a bit off, so you will probably need to take a cab to get to town. The bathroom had a frosted glass which was not frosted enough.. It can be a bit awkward if you are sharing the room with your family or friends and not your partner. Had to go to the balcony eveytime someone wanted to shower. The price for food, drinks and beach items was a little to expensive.

We spent Christmas at this charming resort. The pools were lovely, each bordered by a restaurant, and a beautiful beach lay just past them. The holiday ambiance was wonderful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of having plenty of drinking water—a unique perk in Vietnamese hotels. The staff were courteous and helpful. In terms of location: There isn’t much immediately outside the resort, but a Grab taxi ride costing less than $2 USD can take you to the lively Sonasea Market, and $4 USD can get you to the town center.

The air conditioning controls were inconsistent and didn’t work as expected.

Beautiful and clean room, everything in the room you need except a cold minibar, that was warm. The grounds are magnificent pool would be amazing if it were cooler. Breakfast just like everywhere else, nothing special though Ola restaurant and The Shack food is delicious. Not cheap to drink at the resort, you expect a mark up but not Australian prices. We got the all inclusive for 2 days, drinks were limited and not a lot of variety, the alcohol was their local brand and just awful.

Reception and restaurants were hot. Couldn’t use the beach due to “worms” not their fault. The location was a disaster, miles away from anywhere. Pool was like a warm bath 90% of our stay. When we arrived hardly any information was provided, told to scan the QR codes. WiFi was not secure.

Pool and beach are good. Also we liked our half board package as we could eat lunch or dinner in any restraunt on the hotel territory (we paid only for drinks). Most of all restraunts we liked Ola, truffle croquets, mini burgers and the cheesecake were yami-yami 😋 Also a great respect to the saxophonist who is creating a great atmosphere everywhere: sunset, Ola dinner and etc. It was really something special 👍 By the way, sunsets are really cool here 😎

Location is poor, no spa salons around the hotel or something. To most interesting places you need to book a taxi. And pls renovate the paths on the territory, current tiles looks very old-school and spoils the impression. Also the rooms need some renovation and redesign.
