Base music being played far too loud by the pool all day - repetitive base -?no variance

Liked the problem solving the staff did. We were on the top floor. They could not control the rain but when there was a leak in the ceiling they immediately moved us to a new room, they even upgraded us as an apology. The breakfasts are fantastic. When we asked for mint tea, not standard in the restaurant, the staff made sure that there was some available the next morning. We also loved the free sweeties.

The rain meant that some of the facilities could not be opened. This is not a reflection on the hotel, they can't control the weather. The tea and coffee provided in the rooms was disappointing with only tea in the room. There was no coffee or decaf coffee, although it was provided when we asked for it.

Was bang on in middle of everywhere perfect location for anyone wants to party. Lovely hotel. Staff was lovely.

Didn’t like the fact that some people had to make £150 deposit and other didnt. We came as a group so I understand why we had to pay but some of are group came the day before older couples and didn’t have to pay the deposit.i got my money back but I mean if you where going on a budget and didn’t have that kinda money to spare. If you wanna sleep 901 isn’t for you faces out to the clubs that stay open till 8am. So I didn’t sleep much even with the windows closed. Other than it was 100% lovely hotel.

One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible pool area. We organized a poolside party that turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The atmosphere was lively and enjoying drinks by the pool. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great time. To top it all off, we got to watch the football match by the pool. The hotel had set up a big screen, and it was an amazing experience to cheer for our team while enjoying the fantastic ambiance. It was a unique and unforgettable experience that brought everyone together.

Location, size etc was good. Pool area was great and the food and drink too.

Should be able to individually adjust the air con in the room. We were 3 adults sharing, was 30 degrees during the day, so still warm of an evening. But we weren’t able to make the room cooler or be able to take a fan. Person on reception said i was the first customer to ask to change the aircon or request a fan in 11 years.. think this is a bit untrue to be honest. It wasn’t overly cheap either, so would expect this from the price.

This place is exactly what you would expect from a lively and vibe hotel. We were welcomed by the reception team, they literally never stop! Check in was swift and the welcome drinks and sweets are a nice touch. The rooms are full refurb, most of them even with balcony.They were nice and clean, the beds really comfy and good air con. The top area is the pool with a diferent dj set everyday, everyone is party hard, bars are amazing with jummy burger and pizza. We had a great stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for a party atmosphere. Its the place to be in Benidorm.

We stay at Marina and in the reception desk we upgrade to the Bliss room, was the best decision ever! The room was an absolute delight, featuring a spacious balcony that offered stunning views and a perfect spot to unwind. The vibe decoration of the room was trendy and modern, creating a cool and relaxing ambiance. We were thrilled with the big smart TV, which made for great movie and our Netflix series. The twin beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of partying. One of the standout features was the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. It was a fantastic addition, allowing us to play music while my lady did her makeup. Highly recommended
