Great location and good view from balcony And cafe below sells lovely coffee The breakfast was excellent and very clean loved all the themes on each floor very miami like rooms and cafe downstairs

Never write reviews so for me to do this means a lot. Every member of staff we came across where happy, polite and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant where first class as was the food.(breakfast and evening meal) We did half board and ate every night in the restaurant, first time we have ever done that, and we have plenty of holidays/weekends away all over the place. We chose from the restaurant menu every night and also had choice of daily specials. Location bang in middle of old town and the crazy end...we do both ....10 years of visiting Benidorm this is the BEST hotel we have been to.We will be back. We had a junior suite and was large and clean. Beach and Daytonas beach bar not far away.

room 412.constructive criticism. Bit of a professional one as I have been involved in decorating hotels and help to plan rooms back in uk. Would of preferred the tv on the wall in the lounge area as that is where it should be (p.s tv is banned from going on whilst on holiday) freeing up the table in the bed area as a dressing table for the wife to do her stuff ( make up and hair) also socket near tall mirror for doing her hair. Knob on door to cupboard hiding fridge. Very nice room just being fussy but you did ask me what i didnt like.

absolutely loved it here. we booked this after fibding the hitel we had originally booked into was disgusting.On advising the lovely lady on reception, she upgraded us to a junior suite. It was a stunning, lovely comfy bed , spacious setting area, big smart TV, kettle with tea and coffee. And the bathroom was to die fir a massive walk-in shower. We were right on the avenuda meditteraneo with a huge balcony, central fir the old and new town. The roof top pool was beautiful with large Cabana beds. As for the food, set in a lovely restaurant with sea views, a bountiful breakfast and dinner wow; waiter service and the food was a la carte.

We have stayed here numerous times and can’t really fault the hotel! On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was most appreciated. The rooms are really nice, staff and food always lovely. The pool barman is exceptionally nice and also recognises us when we are there. Anna who was working reception when we checked in is aways so nice

On paying €35 for a later checkout we then discovered the safe didn’t work. The girl at reception tried to charge extra for that which was a little cheeky. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Great location, a short walk to the old town, main party area also a stones throw from the beach. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. The rooms were a decent size with excellent air conditioning and everything you need. We thought the breakfast was very good, not vast but the produce was excellent and always replenished. as we were concerned some reviews mention a poor breakfast. The pool are was great.

The pool could have been cooler but it was very hot when we were there.

The Agir Springs is a jewel in a crown. The decor is fresh and modern and in every area designed with comfort. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the welcome at reception to bar staff and the cleaners who do a fantastic job ensuring the rooms and everything else is spotlessly clean. Our room felt clean an bright and all furnishings were of a good standard. The restaurant area is lovely and the service was extremely good with Marcelo with his attention to make dining a very good experience, but also with his charming style and friendly customer service. The pool area is on level 6 with a lovely roof top bar and cocktails very well prepared, and cushioned sunbeds and a small infinity pool which you can sit and look out to sea. This hotel was a smaller hotel which provided a lovely personalised feel to the experience and would we would recommend people who want a quite time but are within easy walking distance to the beach and the old town. We will be going back in the very near future.

Very minor couple of issues. On the room balcony there was 2 rattan chairs with table which could have been complimented with some comfortable seating cushions. The TV in our room was very difficult to find channels and was not set to plug and play which could be a problem if you want to watch TV.

/Really lovely location close to everything, lovely staff,clean rooms,good food close by, didn't eat there except for light lunches. Only complaint for us was noise from neighbours as its a mainly Spanish hotel and early hours returns were a nightmare with arguments and general loud talking on balcony's going on till 4.00 am a norm !! But we would go there again as it was great on the roof terrace,but take ear plugs !! I

Excellent location, nearer the old town than new, and only one street back from the promenade. Very quiet even though it's in a busy area. Staff are great, always happy and provide a very good service throughout the hotel. Everywhere in the hotel is very clean, great rooftop bar, though pool is a bit small though fine for us. Second time here for us and we'd return again.

Aircon was a bit noisy.

great location,booked half board,I am handicapped so asked for a walk in shower and was the best shower for handicapped I have ever had in all the hotels that I have ever stayed in well done, Good breakfast selection of hot and cold food. Great staff, special mention to Anna and Elizabeth on reception and hope to see you both in Dublin,Marcella and all the staff in Restaurant,and all staff there thank you for an enjoyable stay well done.

Not great selection dinner menu same every day with the exception of a special starter and main course which did not find great and ate out a few nights.and dinner does not start till 7.30 which is very late I wanted to hire a mobility electric scooter which most people do there but this hotel does not cater for them so you cant rent here. But overall was a pleasant stay there

This hotel was really amazing, so much so we stayed an extra 4 nights . Front of desk staff were friendly and rhe bar staff very attentive. Very relaxing holiday with plenty of loungers available throughout our stay . Drinks in the rooftop pool bar were a tad expensive €9 for a cocktail. The rooms were spotless & bed very comfy. The only flaw was having to pay €4 a day for a safe ( should be free ) also wasn't enough staff on at times poor cleaners were flat out and the rest of fhe staff looked a little stressed . Would definitely book again in the future .
