Room with the fireplace was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Ample parking close to our room. The relative I was traveling with was happy with the disabled room access.

The service from the person who checked me out. Refused to acknowledge what I shared with her and as it turns out she provided me with incorrect information. The customer service experience was less than on a prior stay at this same place. Visiting a relative who lived in Carmel and this stay was very convenient to his place.

The location was great and room was clean and beautiful. Staff was able to accomodate my request for rose pedals on the bed for no extra cost - this was much appreciated!

The bed mattress was incredibly soft and squishy, which made it hard to sleep in and my partner and I both didn't get a good sleep because of it. Also the Deluxe King room was beautiful, but MUCH smaller than the pictures led us to believe it would be. Lastly parking was available but the covered spots were very tight - we couldn't fully open the doors once parked, so we had to unload / load while out of the spot.

Managers Kristy and Jason are exceptional at facilities management. I got a lovely quiet super spacious room with a fireplace for my 2 week stay. Bed and bedding was very high quality ensuring a good nights rest. Due to major storms rolling in they did all they could to communicate the situation with me and even gave me their own beautiful scented candle when the power went out. Nothing was too much trouble for them and it's clear they love their jobs and really care about their guests. Keurig coffee machine was a bonus.

Nice inn in Monterey - little bit apart from the „city center“, but it took us only 20 minutes to the pier and about 10 min to cafés and other shops (by feet). The staff was very kind and helpful. And the rooms on the first floor are so huge 👍🏼

The first night was little bit loud as the neighbors arrived very late and were not thoughtful - but that’s not the fault of the inn itself. The mattress is a bit saggy, maybe it is time for new? And one little point you could have an eye on: the aircon is making odd sounds even if it is off.

Loved the fireplace! So cozy and gave it a classy feel. The front desk customer service was amazing! They went above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I received a free upgrade because they had the space to do so. It was amazing of them to offer that. They even came to make sure I knew how to work heater and heater. Great customer service!!!

Not sure what noise I was hearing at night. Could have been the laundry facility/generator or something. But the bed was comfortable, so that I was still about to sleep well.

The manager was really nice and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The fireplace a delightful bonus!

The decor was in good condition but could be more attractive. Didn't have any bedside lamps - overhead lighting was very bright. Window was hard to open and screen was broken.

I liked the fireplace, the big bed and the desk provided. The fireplace was very easy to use and made the room so cozy. I had to do a little work so the desk was greatly appreciated.

I forgot my toothpaste and would’ve had to make a last minute run to the drugstore but luckily the receptionist had her own and was able to squeeze some in a baggie for me.

Smelled amazing walking through the doors, spacious, and very comfortable beds

Didn't necessarily like the view much from outside but it let me have my morning workout to places that I enjoyed. Also the parking spaces could be a bit bigger.

Great place to stop over for a night before travelling down the Pacific Coast. The room was super spacious for the two of us (I think we were upgraded) with a small fire place and huge king-size bed. All you need in a room with small fridge and even a microwave. Great location too - within a 10-15 minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf

Only thing is the price point. Nearly £300 for the night was a little pricey but we know it was Memorial weekend so prices at hotels all down the coast were high.

Super friendly staff. Beautiful and tasteful room, a corner king with fireplace. Very roomy and looked newly remodeled. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast had fresh donuts, whole fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, instant oatmeal, cold cereal, milk, juice, coffee and tea.

Bed was comfortable and supportive but a little soft for my back. I like a really hard mattress.
