San Marco Suite 755 was extraordinary! My family of four was on vacation and stayed at several different properties during our trip, so we had other means of comparison. This property was centrally located and only a couple minutes walk from San Marco square and multiple historical sites and attractions. Despite its location to such a vibrant area, the apartment was extremely quiet. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious and the linens were of high quality. The property is exactly as pictured online, which was nice. The beds were also extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent, which was especially nice given the warm outdoor temperatures. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed for our short 3-night stay. There were endless restaurants within a 5-minute walk. It was a bit unusual that the primary bedroom with the king bed had no door, and the second bedroom had the large en suite bathroom. We requested the second bedroom be appointed with two single beds put together, but there was also an option to have it appointed as two single beds. It appears as if the primary bedroom was previously the living area for a 1-bedroom apartment, thus the unusual layout. The check-in process was extremely easy because we filled out the pre-registration forms prior to arrival. In fact, we never even had a reason to meet the apartment staff. On arrival, we took a water taxi from the train station, and they dropped us off, literally, steps from the door. If you desire this convenience with your luggage, keep in mind that it costs 90 euro from the train station. If you have the water taxi drop you off at the Rialto Bridge, which is no more than a 5-minute walk, the cost is 60 euro. Overall, we thought this property was a wonderful place to stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Make your reservation at San Marco Suite 755 and you will not be disappointed!

Nothing. We highly recommend San Marco Suite 755. It was unusually large relative to most properties on Venice and was extremely comfortable!

This is in a perfect location and has everything you need.

The Wifi was really only strong in the living room - not bedroom - and was acting up while we were there. To add to this, the building and location had very low cell signal so without Wifi, we had no access. While on vacation this is important so that you can speak with family, organize activities etc.

Everything was very clean.

The main bed room didn’t have a door. So literally no privacy and it isn’t an en-suite.

Fabulous design place in a quiet street a few steps away from Piazza San Marco and all the main attractions of the city. Very friendly staff, seamless check in and checkout process. There is an Alexa station in the room to help with any questions. High quality beds and pillows, proper blackout curtains so everyone will have a good sleep. Great toiletries and aroma diffuser so the room smells like paradise (sometimes really not the case in Venice).

No elevator.

Very good location. Staff commination was clear and helpful. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Kitchen area was well equipped, with microwave coffee machine with capsules and tea with kettle... Beds were very comfortable. Brand of soap and shower gel is an excellent choice.

The shower box door is very tight.

I didn’t realised there was no daily service. Only to replace towels and clean the bins. However you can choose to pay for the extra service.
