A spacious apartment/rooms, own kitchenette, underground garage for the car, free parking. Helpful english speaking employees, good breakfast, balcony with a nice view, nothing really to complain.

The thing where the place can improve is the "spa" part. I would expect more cosmetics in the room and / or in the hotel for visitors to try or to buy. In the room, there was only shower gel, not even a separate shampoo. Not a big deal, but if you go there, take your own cosmetics. The spa area could be bigger as well, can get very crowded, but not very bad. We also paid extra for the baby cot, 50 zl per night, smth you don't see a lot in other places.

The room was very nice and cozy. The stuff was very helpful willing to answer to all our questions! The bed was exceptionally comfortable which was important as we were always coming back tired from the day activities. The breakfast was very rich with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Even though our room had view on the opposite side of the mountains, that was compensated by the amazing view of the mountains (Sleeping knight) while laying in the jacuzzi outside of the building. Overall, I am very satisfied by this hotel. It is a nice place for couples and I totally recommend it!

Room was cozy and had more kitchen items then expected. View was awesome. Saunas and hot tubs were the perfect way to end a day.

Our only suggestion is to have the breakfast replenished faster. It was delicious, but when it was busy and things disappeared fast, it would take up to 30 minutes to get food again.

The apartment was modern and stylish and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The best thing really is the view from the hotel, which we could enjoy from the terrace when having breakfast. Many rooms also have it, as well as the spa area. Oh, and it was nice to have jacuzzi at the end of our hiking days.

The bed, even though it’s for two people, is too narrow - definitely feels that it should be larger. Everyday from ~7am we could hear people talking (we think it was the staff preparing the breakfast). The curtain is very thin and doesn’t make the bedroom dark in the morning. The spa area was often busy when we wanted to use it (around 8pm), so there could be at least one more jacuzzi…and everyone was drinking there despite the signs not to do it (the first day we arrived and there were two beer cans in the showers room, with an unpleasant smell to alcohol).

An absolutely exceptional place! The interior design was beautiful, the views from the balcony were stunning, fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was super comfy. Wish I could stay there for a month!! Additionally, the SPA zone was an amazing place to relax in in the evenings. And, of course, all the staff was very helpful and friendly! All in all, we spent a lovely week here :)

Not really a con about the property, but if you don’t have a car, getting to the city might be a bit of a hassle, since the private busses passing by are always on their own schedule :D

Excellent location on the main road yet very quiet. The view is amazing and the outdoor spa is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is very functional.

The sofa and pillows are not that comfortable to sleep on. The hot tub temperature was not hot enough (the temperature outside was below freezing the entire time we stayed)

Stunning view, perfectly clean, and wonderful staff. A truly enjoyable stay that met all expectations.

However, if you are looking for a secluded adult getaway, you might be disappointed. There were many families turning the spa area into a children's water park, complete with inflatable toys and strollers, taking over the entire spa zone. Relaxation was difficult due to constant crying and yelling. No complaints about the administration, but do keep this in mind if you are expecting a romantic mountain spa retreat.

Rooms was like a little flats, kitchen with all goods you need to cook. View from the room was absolutely AMAZING. Waking up with Giewont view… unforgettable. Breakfast was really tasty and stuff was friendly.

Big minus about rooms was that you could hear clearly all the noise from rooms around you. Spa (jacuzzi and sauna) was available only from 18-20. You could not using it during the day. Stuff was friendly but sometimes not there, so if you needed some information you hade to call them. A little bit overpriced for what you actually getting.

Fantastic view Great breakfasts - everything you have ever wanted and some more Nice wellness - 3 spas, two saunas. Friendly and helpful staff Good equipment in the room - great coffee machine, tea, etc. Good location, not far from the centre.

The reeom was clean. However, it seemed like no one cares about fixing stuff. The shower knob was broken and allowed only hot water. One part of the fridge was also broken and one of the trash bins as well. Beds were too soft.

A wonderful apartment which my kids loved staying in and enjoying the outside jacuzzi, the rooms are cozy and comfortable with a view on the mountains, the apartment was prepared with all kitchen appliances, the staff were friendly and welcoming with us Thanks Tatra Resort and Spa
