The location of this hotel was superb with a subway nearby and lots of cafe bars and walking distance to the shops. Would definitely stay at this location again. The reception team were friendly and the breakfast buffet was very good.

We wished we had known about the market, as market day is Saturday and we missed it. Apparently it is right outside the property but that would have been noisy. The cafe bars were noisy outside, even on a Monday. The photo is of the old houses opposite, no photos of the hotel outside.

Cant get more central than this. Room had AC which was needed in the heat! Lovely shower and a stocked mini fridge. All the different staff members were fantastic

2 single beds pushed together meant I slept 3 nights falling into the gap, double beds should be provided for couple or a mattress topper, couldn’t have done a 4th night like that. Although the single beds were comfy.

Central location, very clean, helpful staff, especially Jane and good at helping us store our bicycles overnight.

Lift starts at first floor. Street noise disturbed those sleeping in rooms at front into the night - didn't realise there was aircon

the staff and facilities were great, and they had just been through a riot that smashed all the windows. They work extremely hard through bad times in politics, and made me feel very welcome

The broken windows at the entrance, but this was not the fault of the hotel. I am thankful that they let me stay at a very difficult time for the country. i will come back

Great central location, very friendly and helpful staff, AC in the room (only one on the trip on the hottest day!), bikes stored in the basement

It was all good really, being picky a more accessible bike store but otherwise all ok or better

Does exactly what it says on the label.

Be aware that if told you pay at Hotel for your stay they take a full payment on the day of your arrival without telling you. So if you present a card for payment you will end up paying twice!! Fortunately we spotted this and to be fair the staff were helpful in making sure the repayment was made swiftly. Also would not have graded our room as " superior" just normal although clean and comfortable.

Excellent central location with many restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. The Saturday farmer’s market gets held right in front of the hotel. Front receptionists are all very nice and go out if the way to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had great dinner at Janata Pizza Place next door and go to Aux délices de Sam Boulangeri for freshly baked baguettes and other treats.

The mini-fridges in the rooms were out of order.

I stayed in an ensuite room in the hotel while waiting to be able to get into my student accommodation, and I really enjoyed my stay here. It was really conveniently located near the centre of the town and was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

excellent location right in the centre of the city, easy to find; friendly welcoming staff. our 6th floor room was easy to get to by the lift, and gave wonderful views of the market place - which became very active on the Saturday morning!

our own challenge was car parking - as our car had a roof box which was too high for the nearby underground garage parking! a short 8 minute walk away we found the Quai Lammenais

Access to rooms for our mother 84 if possible n a wheelchair you can’t access the rooms, very small lifts with steps separating both lifts.
