Great rooms with comfortable bed and plenty of space. Super shower. Coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Extensive satellite tv channels. Reasonably priced restaurant with a good choice of food and a wonderful breakfast. We were a multi generational family and both the double and family rooms were equally good, the family room having a double and a twin bedroom. The grandchildren loved the pool and it couldn’t have been better placed for Kruger National Park, being 400m from Malelane gate. We never even noticed load shedding! Special thanks to Derek, who made our stay even more special thanks to his attentiveness.

The first night we stayed the restaurant service was very slow. However, this was much better on our second night and it did not detract from our overall experience.

The room was spacious and I really appreciate the coffee machine and fridge in the room. It is very convenient to have the restaurant close-by and the food is always excellent. I had supper served as room service and their were promptly on time and the staff member were very friendly an unintrusive.

I took as packed breakfast as I left early, and the fruit salad was good. The rest of the breakfast pack was really not on standard.

Only filter coffee; no tea, only rooibos; breakfast set up inside while terras was so much nicer; we were told tghat dinner had to be had before 19:30 at night as staff needd to go home...no problem with that, but nice to have been warned in advance

The staff was very helpful, considering that i had dropped a shoes by accident a distance outside of the property. I phoned to notify them and 2 days later the shoe was found by one of the staff members outside of the property and I was contacted to make arrangements for my shoe to be couriered to Pretoria. I am so grateful

Amazing property! We were staying here while on a visit to Kruger. The location was just perfect. so close to Melalane gate . The restaurant packed us a lovely breakfast for our early start for the day. The rooms were bare minimum but were exactly what we needed - comfortable & clean. We also had dinner at the restaurant - tasty food & great service.

location is perfect just a few meters away from Malelane gate entrance to the Kruger They have a generator that ALWAYS works day or night when there is loadshedding (electricity cuts) They have a fabulous restaurant onsite (try the prawns which are to die for) A nespresso type coffee machine in the room

The first room that we were given was noisy (supposedly pipes to the boiler on the roof) First they said it could be fixed and then we had to move

Hamiltons Lodge & Restaurant is a very good place to visit the Kruger Park. Definitely also visit the restaurant for a great meal. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location to Kruga National Park was excellent. Nice pool. Food in the restaurant was good.

Great Location, close to site, helpful staff, Dinner Menu is great, bedrooms have great facilities when you away from home with to work and have the luxury of comforts.

TV did not work at all. Air conditioner blew cold air over bed and was difficult to control.
