The hotel is situated in an incredible location, right next to the Cracow’s Main Square and literally steps away from the iconic St. Mary’s Basilica. We opened the window to be able to hear the legendary trumpet call from the Basilica’s tower, which is being played every hour on the hour. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was lovely and charming with a great attention to detail, quality finishes, historical touches and modern upgrades considering that the building itself dates back to 16th century. I loved the heavy, floral black out curtains which made the room dark and quiet at night. It truly is a special place.

Prices for the items in the mini bar are ridiculous!

Beautiful building in prime location on the main square facing the Cloth Hall. Stayed on first floor suite, lovely and clean, suite had very large lounge area and separate small bedroom. Staff were veryhelpful and friendly I would definately stay here again. Breakfast in hotel restaurant was good but you could only have one coffee which was lovely but one not enough.

Few too many random pillows on top of bed and although there were two TVs in suite only 24 hour news in English and couldn’t seem to get any English subtitles on anything else. Kettle in room but only herbal teas no breakfast tea bags or coffee.

Breakfast was a wide array of local and international favorites just a little bit finer than all other breakfasts we had at restaurants on the Krakow town square, plus the hotel was right there in the thick of it. The older genial man working the entry some days was a charmer for sure always eager to help make our stay more pleasant. Thank you!!!

We couldn’t quite figure out how to best use all the different sorts of pillows on our comfy bed. Some were much bigger or smaller than what we are used to in the States. Given more days I am sure we would figure it out eventually though.

The Bonerowski Palace is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the Kraków, on the main square, within walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is situated in a wonderful old palace. The rooms are large, beautiful, quiet and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom products and shower are excellent. At breakfast, you have both a buffet and a menu. We recommend the Bonerowski Palace to everyone who wants an authentic Kraków athmosphere and luxury for their vacation.

Breakfast was adequate for our needs and my wife loved the glass of sparkly available. The location of the hotel was absolutely first class and all the staff were polite & very professional. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Excellent hotel and fantastic value for money. Would definitely return.

I cannot think of anything except perhaps the room temperature could have been slightly lower.

Beyond perfection - Old world grandeur, enormous room true to the period of the time - quiet room on side street yet when you go out of the dining room, you are in the action of the old town Square- the staff could not have been more helpful or delightful- they work very hard especially on a sunny day when the dining room has outside seating- the breakfast is not to be missed- it is of the city and its flavors into fashions- first is the large Buffet with cheeses and meats, amazing breads, yogurts, and even champagne- do I ask for fresh orange juice- it’s wonderful- then comes a choice of hot dishes that includes everything you could imagine- I had the most wonderful eggs and Polish sausage and bacon and vegetables- I feel so fortunate that we found this fantastic hotel- I would give it the highest rating possible and I’m pretty picky. Congratulations to the Bonerowski for making our stay. A memorable experience that I will never forget..

Nothing/ it was perfect!

The location is just perfect, the staff is lovely, friendly and super helpful. The food is also really good, I would recommend the bagel with salmon for breakfast. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

There are only two things I disliked. First one, I did not expect the pillow would be so uncomfortable, and secondly the room was hot and stuffy, it takes ages to cool it down.

Spa was freezing cold, steam room didn’t actually work, no rotation on breakfast, didn’t really feel like a guest most of the time, just like someone off the street (when in bar / at restaurant)

Please note: the old city area is accessible by car only with special permission. However, ample parking is available nearby, and the hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk away (or a quick taxi ride). The hotel should mention this to make the journey easier for guests

Honestly I’ve been very surprised, it was much better than expected. Yes.they have a good score on booking but sometimes it doesn’t means anything. In that case it was really perfect. First at all the hotel is extremely well located, the building is charming, clean well maintained decorated with great taste. The stairs and the big chandelier were lovely. We got a junior suite which was wonderful : quite spacious, nice furniture, modern and clean bathroom with shower + bathtub. They do have high quality amenities including razor and teeth brush which are not even often provided in the most expensive hotels in West… luxury is in the details and they got it. Also breakfast was included, it was à la carte but we could personalize it, they were flexible. Staff was young, dynamic and very good. I’m traveling a lot so I do have experience with 5*. I can say that it has been a long time I haven’t been so pleased. Will definitely stay there if I come back to Krakow. Thank you !
