The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. They were all quite young but spoke excellent English and were always willing to make the extra effort to assist the customer.

My room, 201, was both right next to the elevator and the cleaning staff room. So starting from 7:00 guests would go to breakfast and the cleaning staff would get to work. The noise from either of these are enough to wake you up. The rooms have amazing soundproofing from outside, but very poor for inside noise. So please ask to avoid room 201 if you value your sleep.

Truly a fantastic location, easy walk to many major attractions in Krakow. Despite this the noise level was not a problem at night (I am a light sleeper). Air conditioner and WiFi worked fine, receptionists were kind and helpful with our luggage storage, the bathroom was super clean and the bed and pillow were comfortable. Overall a great experience!

It is an old building (obviously to be expected with the location) so a few things are fairly dated, most notably the elevator made me sort of nervous that it might suddenly stop working (but all was fine in the end).

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is excellent! Super close to the main square. The bathroom is clean and luminous. Cleaning staff very careful and attentive.

The reception staff was super friendly but we had a problem with the enter code. As you don't have 24 hs reception you need a code to enter to the hotel, and they wrote "20903" but when we tried it was incorrect. As we noticed that the "9" was a bit weird, we tried "20803" and then it worked. I think they should be more careful and clear about this code as I don't know what would have happened if we didn't realize that we should try another options, I tried calling them to the telephone that we had in our booking but no one answered. Also, they could print the code to avoid misunderstandings.

Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel right near St. Mary’s Basilica and Cloth Hall. It’s surrounded by picturesque buildings and close to a magnificent theater. Galeria Krakowska, a big shopping mall, is an easy 10-15 minute walk. The rooms were very clean and nice to come home to after traveling and sightseeing. The breakfast selection was great as well. Everyone at the front desk was so lovely and helpful, and made our first time in Krakow worry-free and wonderful. We would love to stay here again each time we are in Krakow!

Bathroom doorknob was a little hard to lock at times, but not a big problem.

I really liked how close it was to everything, I genuinely didn’t even need to use public transport once. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, bathroom was a good size. I loved being able to see the horses outside the window. I enjoyed the use of the safe, the fridge, soap shampoo, and the large wardrobe. For the price it was amazing!!!

The only bad thing was the bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied. I wouldn’t usually complain about this but there was well used sanitary towels in the bin and it was smelling bad. If it was just paper/rubbish I wouldn’t have bothered. But when you need to pay £20 incase you damage the room , you would think the bins would at least be emptied. Receptionist told me to leave the bin outside my room, and it did get changed the next day but it did start to smell the corridor a bit.

The location is very central, the street of the hotel is parallel to the main historical street of Krakow. Very easy to visit everything within a weekend. The hotel is in the same street, of the best top end of the city (the wolf pit). The breakfast was of an average size however, it was very varied! With a good offer of Pastries and fresh things like pancakes. The room are spacious, and from the corridors you have a view on the city center.

There was some noise during the evening, the walls are pretty thin, and someone even tried to enter the room, twice (I guess a guest that mistaken their room).

The breakfast was good. Nothing extraordinary, but it was good enough with different hand made pies everyday

Even I noticed that I will pay cash and I did it upon my arrival, they had already taken the money from my card for the first day. It is understandable but they asked me to pay all the amount for the xost (even they had alredy a part of this from the card) and the taken amount would return in my card in few days.!!!! It is less than a month after my return and the money (98 Euro) have not returned yet. I can not understand why they can not accept to receive for the payment the total amount minus the taken money. (it is accepted only if you pay by card) UNACEPTABLE!!!!!!

Close to the main square and 15mins walk to the station. The room was lovely and had no problems during our stay. Staff were also friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check in. Breakfast selection was also good!

As it’s in the main city centre, we did hear a lot of loud crowds in the evening so our sleep was interrupted during our stay. Not the hotel’s fault but thought I’d flag it. The hotel also had a strong paint smell.

I loved my hotel room and felt amazingly comfortable. It was so beautiful, with high ceilings, extremely comfy beds and linen and everything you needed. Even wash cloths for your face. Big comfort with a capital C! It was so clean and fresh, great interior design, but matching the old house the hotel is in. I loved the amazing staff, the ladies were all so helpful and a special thanks to Kasia, who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Always with a smile, no matter what! Thank you! I would for sure stay there again, with the main square just around the corner. You can't beat this location in Kraków.

There was no heating in the room at night (because of the season). Almost all TV channels were only in Polish.

The hotel turned out to be better than we expected. The old historical building in the center of the old town was a modern hotel inside. Large nicely decorated room overlooking the rooftops of the old town. Breakfast was in a cozy vaulted cellar with brick walls, the food was delicious and always fresh, the coffee was excellent. The staff is young, friendly and helpful, all the girls are very nice. We arrived at midnight and before that we received instructions and a code on how to enter the hotel and room. There is a Ukrainian girl working at the hotel reception and it is very nice. We visit Krakow often and will stay at this hotel

the only downside was the very soft pillows.
