You could literally fall out of Hotel door to the Underground Station, from there you can get to central Munich in five minutes. Hotel staff very friendly and bar/breakfast area very clean, nice little area to sit outside with a drink behind the hotel in the courtyard away from noise of main street.

If you book a double room being a solo traveller they only give a single duvet for a double bed and no top sheet. Disappointing if you like to wrap up during sleeping. Front rooms facing main road a little noisy... maybe think about bringing ear plugs if noise keeps you awake at night.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very nice room, big and with a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and quiet and dark room, the best sleep I've had in a long time! Extremely close to the metro. Nice and accomodating staff in general. The 24 hr bar was appreciated. Close by are both good restaurants, cafés and super markets.

Expensive breakfast, didn't buy it since there was a fridge in the room (which is a huge plus, really). Not one single channel with subtitles on TV, it was all in German. One person in the reception was quite rude, but all of the other ones were great.

I was in Munich for an Adele concert, and accommodation prices skyrocketed, so I was lucky to find this accommodation very last minute. It is a lovely hotel with a chilling area in the backyard; some rooms have spacious balconies. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable enough. However, the central feature I liked most was that the U-Bahn station is ten steps from the hotel, with easy access to the historic center and transportation hubs.

There is no airconditioning in the rooms, but in this price range in Europe it is a common thing. Be informed if you are planning to stay here during hotter months, window in my room was facing the busy street and if you open it for ventilation it is quite noisy.

Very helpful and nice staff, perfect location, close to the city center, just outside the underground's stairs. Comfortable bed, clean linen and towels. The bed size may be a bit too tiny for 2 adults if you like to keep a free space between you. "1 person" balcony with a chair and table. Kitchenette well equiped. One table fan in the room (no A/C). You may like to mind the bathroom size - you have to close the door to get under the shower. 24h reception and bar, breakfast available on site. There is a little shop on the other side of the road.

This place is located next to the subway station in the middle of a lively neighborhood with a lot of places to go. Old town is only a few stops away. My room was nice and clean and there was a small kitchenette. Staff was always available and helpful.

My room was on the street-side of the building and it was a little bit noisy in the night (although staff said that I could've gotten a more quiet room if I had informed them about my distaste of traffic beforehand). More kitchen equipment (maybe also some spices and coffee-tea) would have been helpful.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. I was going to a concert at Strom so it was only a few minutes walk to that. Right in front of the hotel is an underground station so it is convenient to get into the center, to the train station or airport, etc.. It is also right by the Oktoberfest grounds if that's why you're in town.

Overall my stay was quite good. Only things I can say are that my room had a surprising amount of traffic noise despite facing the courtyard. Also the room had a wonderful place designed to store a suitcase and hang clothes, but none of the room lights illuminated the area nor did the windows so that corner was rather dark.

The location of the hotel is great. The entrance to the subway is literally right in front of the hotel. We got an upgrade and stayed in one of the rooftop rooms with balcony and a little kitchenette. Awesome! The bed was compfy and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful. They even made it possible to check-in early. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but it looked inviting.

The lift needs an upgrade. It is extremly slow.

I loved the overall vibe of the hotel - the design and decoration, the cozy reception, the super friendly staff. The room itself was exactly like it was advertised, industrial-based and stylish. I appreciated a lot that my room was on the top floor as requested and the view from the balcony was amazing. Every day, I enjoyed breakfast while gazing at the beautiful buildings nearby.

Once you leave the reception it feels more like a renovated apartment complex than an actual hotel. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just my personal impression of the space. Temperature-wise the room was quite cold for my taste. There was a significant gap between the the door and the floor, allowing both cold air and noise to enter the room. Also, the pillows were too soft so I had to fold them in order to form an adequate pillow.

It was a great hotel, very clean, comfortable, large rooms and I loved that each room has a balcony. The staff was friendly and you could get free coffee in the lobby. The beds are also very comfy. Overall I would definitely stay again.

There isn't a coffee machine in the rooms even though they have small hot plates and a tiny kitchenette. Yes you can get a coffee for free in the lobby but I just prefer being able to make one in my room, even if it's instant. We were there for oktoberfest and the room rate was CRAZY compared to the usual rate. I do understand why this is the case of course, but the increased rate for Oktoberfest I would never usually pay for this hotel. However, it was a block away from the Oktoberfest and it is a very nice hotel, so I can't complain too much. This is just what happens when you travel specifically for the biggest festival in the world.

Very good proximity to centre of town, subway just in front of the hotel, friendly staff will to help, great buffet breakfast, nice courtyard, great hotel for staying in Munich.

No fridge in the room so can’t keep cold water,, no air conditioning in the rooms even with the window open and fan on it’s very hot in summer, it’s the worst boy downside to this hotel.
