This hotel was way better than anticipated! Only a block away from the main train station and every form of public transportation, which made it easy to move around Munich. Our room was very comfortable. Good bed, soft pillows, great bathroom and shower. Staff very helpful and accommodating. We needed to extend our stay because of a cancelled cruise in the Danube, and they were able to help us. Highly recommend this hotel and will use it again, if in Munich.

For the value and quality of stay, no dislikes.

A very clean, well-kept hotel. Facilities work well, staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great also. Nice breakfast buffet (as you would expect for 20EUR). The room was quiet and of a generous size. I liked how the shower cubicle and the toilet were two separate spaces with individual matted glass doors and the sink in between. Had I travelled with my partner, this is a convenient layout. I would definitely use this hotel again, it felt a safe and reliable option.

Very minor dislikes: As a female, and considering the hotel's star rating, I would have liked there to have been conditioner along with the bodywash/shampoo. I found the room a little chilly, so had to use the other rather thin duvet on the double bed to double up my own, and I like having two pillows, rather than just one. However, I imagine that if I had asked for the room temperature to be raised and an extra pillow, I think the hotel staff would have been very helpful.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful esp Abidi from the front desk. The room and bed size are good. The shower was great! The breakfast was good and could use some daily variety. The location is walkable to Marienplatz although some areas along the way may look a bit sketchy.

There could've been more pillows... maybe 2 per guest and they can be more plump. The walk to the hotel from Hauptbahnhof was made difficult by the construction along the way (no sidewalk available) so we were forced to walk on the street with our luggage. Emergency vehicle noise in the middle of the night can be heard even from the 4th floor where we were at.

Breakfast very good, we mentioned on the Friday morning it might have been nice to have salmon as a choice, it was there on Saturday Staff were very friendly & attentive The view was to be expected in a city location

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room, nice to be able to have an early hot drink We had some issues with the airconditioning, it wouldn’t work but we were to leave the windows open

We stayed one night at the relexa Hotel in München. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it is very close to the train station and the Theresienwiese where the Oktoberfest takes place. Even though the road under the hotel was very busy (lots of people going and coming back from the Oktoberfest) the room was totally soundproof and we couldn't hear all the noise . The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the breakfast, as we had an early train to take.

- Shower room has a glass door which you can see through. Not conviniant for non-couple. - Not all the rooms have the same facilities. For example, some rooms don't have a drawer. - Breakfast doesn't have large variety of selections. But it's still fine.

Very clean rooms with big, confortable bed. Quiet, nice-looking rooms. we were able to check in earlier, which was great. Nice lady at the front desk. great location especially if you travel by train.

Bathroom is not one room. There was an open space with only sink. Shower and toilet were both separate with seprerate doors. We received water only on our first day at the hotel, despite the fact we stayed couple of nights. there is no kettle in the room, no tea.

The Hotel is easy to access through the south exit of the Central Station. It is not far from Turkish (?) neighborhood which guarantees tasty food until late. The room is spacious and clean, my family and I had wonderful stay there. Air-conditioned so no need to worry about hot wave. Highly recommended!

The only tiny thing to say is that I found the shower not powerful enough. But it's just me, and it didn't really bother. My wife and son seemed to find it perfectly fine!

The room itself is fine, nothing to write home about.

They mention parking, but do not mention that its 25 eur per day extra. You have to hand over your car to their staff to park it. My car came back scratched, but because i did not notice and report it on the spot they refused to compensate for it. I did not use my car at all while in Munich, it only stayed in their garage.

We stayed here as it was stumbling distance to Oktoberfest as well as a few train stations including the main station (Munchen Hauptbahnhof) which was very useful and cheap to get to the airport. The room itself was spacious and clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The hotel has 2 elevators and we never had to wait long for them. Also convenient was the lederhosen/dirndl shop located directly opposite the hotel during Oktoberfest. The location is not pretty or anything and it was quite pricey during Oktoberfest but the convenience was worth it.

The bathroom does not afford much privacy as it was just a glass door between the bedroom and bathroom so if you're staying here with someone else, you need to be very, very comfortable with them!
