This hotel is always a pleasant place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a very short walk from the airport. The hotel is always the cheapest in the area. Breakfast is great, my company puts me here regularly, when I'm travelling myself this is the hotel I choose because it's cheap and you're well looked after.

Bed mattress could do with replacing,v very hard in room 406 I don't mind a hard bed, but some will be disappointed. Some painting is overdue, some of the rooms walls have some small marks, and were noticed again after returning after some time.

Great location, friendly staff, comfort, clean room, respectable and parking was also much cheaper compared to the other surrounding hotels. Great value for money.

The shower was powerful and nice but i found it very small and not big enough for a man well built. It was difficult for my husband to shower. The shampoo and soap holder was in an awkward place which made it even harder to enjoy our shower as my elbow and hand kept knocking it everytime I moved. Lastly, you could barely turn without the shower curtain sticking to your skin. Probably not the best idea to have shower curtains in such estaishments as they are not very sanitised.

Warm friendly staff at reception. The bath! Sparkling clean and spacious Location of room ar back of hotel was great- no airport noise or noise from heavy footed or noisy guests, Incredibly comfy bed and pillows of varying softness. Smiling cleaning staff who said ‘good morning’ and showed a quicker route to reception when they saw I’d a heavy case. Thank you Bright, quiet breakfast area. Room service trays on floor outside rooms awaiting collection Limited breakfast options for vegetarians.. There were grilled tomatoes, eggs, no veggie sausages/ alternatives. Same with gluten free options. Only sweetened fruit yoghurts available, no natural yoghurt.

Amazing! Given the cost wasn't high, we didn't have huge expectations; just a place to sleep. However it was great! Firstly, it's about a 5 minute walk to the car rental drop off (all companies; right around the corner) which made that super easy. Super fast check in and the room was spacious, comfortable & very quiet. They were also flexible, giving us a later check out due to delayed flight. Breakfast was great; tons of good quality hot & cold options. For us it served as brunch, which works great on a travel day. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Highly recommend- easiest airport hotel experience we've ever had!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Just the little things that mean a lot. There isn't a lift, so the receptionist moved me to a ground floor room without being asked as I had a heavy suitcase. The cleaner saw me coming and went back and held the door open for me. The waitress in the restaurant was really lovely. The food was excellent for evening meal and breakfast. Very easy walking distance to the airport.

There were a couple of hairs in the bath and sink. No extractor fan in the bathroom. No view from my room but I wasn't bothered.

Comfortable room

No shuttle service to the airport at the weekend. Although only a 5 minute walk at 5am in the morning not something a woman on her own would choose to do. I live locally and could have travelled from home in a taxi but I chose to stay at the hotel thinking I would be in the airport in minutes. With the shuttle service not operating I needed a taxi from the hotel. Factor in airport charges expensive journey for a 5 minute walk. Think the shuttle service should be available 7 days a week.

Very close to airport. Very friendly staff. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom clean and stocked with fresh towels. Heating worked well as it was winter.

There are two hotels with similar names. It is confusing. I've made the same mistake by going to the wrong one - three times in the past. Beats me as to why they cannot change the name. I was given a reason for why the names are similar but did not fully understand it. Something about change of ownership. Thank God both hotels are very close to one another. So this was a minor inconvenience. Since it was snowing, this was a bit inconvenient walking to the other hotel lugging a heavy suitcase in the snow. The restaurant has very slim pickings and is very pricey for even simple entrees.

Well apportioned room with view into the courtyard. Good sized bathroom with excellent water pressure. Breakfast had an excellent assortment. Close to airport and provided punctual airport shuttle

Door to the bathroom was hard to close and was loud. There were no electrical outlets on either side of the bed. Although there was a restaurant on premise, It was not clarified that it is closed on Sundays. The personnel in the pub were less than friendly, and there were no pub snacks.

The staff were more than helpful and friendly The room was lovely and warm and very clean And the location was great. Also as I work offshore get the van to the heliport was fantastic really nice man that was driving, and help with my bags when I arrive. Can’t wait for my next stay.

The shower in the room didn’t come down and as I’m a small person, this wasn’t the best for me. That was the only thing,everything else was perfect.

As usual, the location is great and the value cannot be beaten. The room was clean and more importantly warm, with below freezing temperatures outside. The courtesy bus in the morning is the main reason for choosing this hotel.

Gave breakfast a miss as it's usually dried out under hot lights. The evening menu could also do with a revamp. It's been the same for some time. I really miss a socket near the bedhead to use my laptop or charge my phone.
