The location was good for where I was visiting and for movement around that part of the city. I was satisfied with the breakfast and I was also good with the room. I thought the staff was also quite hospitable.

It appears that I was overcharged compared to what was quoted to me by Booking.com. I have waited for a very protracted period for this to be sorted out and it has not been the case and this has soured my experience with booking.com and the hotel, unfortunately.

My largest compliment is the staff removed parking charges based on my suggestion. With so many properties charging for parking on their own property, it was refreshing for you not to.

If it becomes a trend for Hilton properties to rent out their parking lots to third parties where you are charging for parking on your own property, I will drop my honors account.

The cleanliness of the room and nice buikding

Staff does not seem to be motivated or trained. Very poor work at reception. They barely feel you welcome, no explanation of facilities/ breakfast/ wifi while check in. I guess they are used that guests just go online and check in the same way without minimal interaction. There is room for improvement at training personnel here.

I loved that the location was affordable on such a short notice. The staff was very nice and professional and helped our stay be easy. Furthermore, the room itself was clean and great

Walls were a little thin. Also, I never really liked the hold charge they put on credit cards for hotels.

Quiet and clean

I didn't like the light shining through the door of the rooms frame. I wish the room could have been completely dark. The light from the thermostat wasn't so bad. Maybe it was just that room.

The pool was clean and warm, hot tub was relaxing. , The laundry is 24 hours which is great but $2 a load. The bar/restaurant was great. The wings were tender and the Paloma perfect! My kids and I loved the snack station, the room was a great size, breakfast buffet had a little of everything. Lastly all the staff (especially the bartender and chef) and the atmosphere was amazing.

1 of the washers was out of order, ice machine out of order, the walls are thin so we could hear other guests running up and down the hallways at 1am but can't control other people so overall it was still a good stay.

Walls are thin. I could neighbors conversation ( the talk normal tone) and I could hear them. Loved pool hours. Loved jets in hot tub. Hotel and pool worked just fine. Plenty if sitting area. Gym was clean and spacious looking into pool area. Laundry near by. Front desk shop was convenient. Breakfast and bar and restaurant availability. Noon check out!!! Spacious and clean suit. Comfy beds Perfect!!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. It is laid out very well with a restaurant and bar in the lobby. The room was great, lots of space, very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

The only complaint I had was that the walls/ceiling were very thin, not insulated. I could hear the people in the next room and there must have been children in the room above us, because it sounded like they were jumping off the bed most of the time. I forgot to bring a fan to drown out the noise, but luckily youtube has videos of fan/white noise for sleeping.

the pool was very nice and clean the beds were comfy and cute . it was nicely decorated. the people in the lobby were nice and in kitchen. the restaurant for dinner the food was great. it was in a nice location. I would definitely stay here again!

the breakfast was definitely edible. but I do have to say it was kinda plain and the hash browns I could have done with out. but there was enough variety of things I was able to find something. the food at restaurant was very good but way over priced.
