Size and comfort of room. Nice hot water and good water pressure in shower. Quiet. Grocery store across the street.

Nothing really. The only tip I'd offer future guests is, if you're driving, be sure to check in and get your keycard before parking in the garage. When you enter through property, you can park in front of the hotel to get checked in then go down to the garage. Whenever you leave and come back to the hotel, be sure to use the SECOND entrance so your car is at the best angle for inserting your keycard. Otherwise, you'll be too far away from the reader and will have to get out of your car!

The room was spacious and had all the necessities. Both the bathroom and room were comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also really liked the restaurant at dinner. The staff was friendly and nice. And we enjoyed the spa area very much.

I didn't get why we had to pay to access the spa when we were already clients of the hotel. Access to the car park was a bit tricky. And finally, we found the curtains to not be very clean at all, which I feel like shouldn't happen in a 4* hotel.

Small amount of fuss finding the place - iPhone maps tried to take us through a dead end - but when we arrived my daughter and I were really impressed and happy with the place. Very pleasant welcome and clear instructions on where to park and how to get to our excellent (and huge! - I think we were upgraded) room / apartment. The pool / spa was amazing, we spent an hour and a half just swimming and relaxing there after we had checked out on Day 2. Fantastic value for money.

The bus, tram, and metro connections were excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The location isn’t far from the city, which was a big plus. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. I booked the pool, and it was exclusively reserved for us, which made for an amazing experience. Tea and coffee were provided, and I even got to cook my noodles. Having a McDonald’s just across the street was super convenient as well.

The breakfast service closes at 10 AM, so if you wake up late, there’s nothing available. I had to wait until 11 or 11:30 AM for the restaurant or bar to reopen just to grab a coffee or something to eat, which was inconvenient.

Excellent hotel with quality facilities. We enjoyed having a comfy bed and small kitchenette. The massage lady was excellent, as was the sauna and pool access. Staff at reception were mostly kind and friendly, particularly a couple of the young men who were very helpful with my husband and I asking questions. Underground parking is easy to navigate and included in hotel booking, it is secure and requires a card. We did unfortunately see one car with damage from another guest opening a car door, but were lucky to avoid this with our rental! There is a Lidl close by, but do note most places are not open Sundays and we ended up in a local area for groceries and a hot chicken. We were also able to do washing in the machine for a reasonable price. The bar at the front door is excellent and the bloke working there was kind and helpful, we ordered food one night and the pizza was very good (as was the Christmas beer!). They also had the football on the TV which was good to watch. Breakfast was okay, not the best we've had, but it filled the hole.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the service was increasingly slow and by the end it seemed they had forgotten our dessert and served multiple tables that arrived after us, so we left before dessert was served...Perhaps we didn't seem wealthy enough to be given the save service? So we went to the Eiffel Tower for dinner instead (highly recommend!) Location was not ideal and suited us only because we had a car, whilst there is a train close by we noted it was extremely busy most of the day and evening and the trip into town is 30-45 minutes.

My stay at your hotel was highly satisfactory. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the premises, which is crucial for me. The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully designed. The quiet air system contributed to a restful sleep, and the sound insulation between rooms was excellent, another significant factor for a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and the high quality of the dishes offered. The hammam and pool facilities were excellent, though I found the sauna to be not quite hot enough for my preference. Overall, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. I look forward to returning as your guest, a sentiment I rarely express.

While the atmosphere is modern, it could benefit from some updates, particularly in lighting. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay. Overall, the Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg offers a great combination of food, location, amenities, and service.

Very minor and insignificant and just a personal preferance, the lighting at the Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg could use some improvement. A more thoughtful balance of ambient and task lighting could enhance the atmosphere, creating a warmer and more comfortable environment for guests.

the stay at Citadines hotel was a very pleasant one. the rooms are large and equipped with everything you need. cleanliness is at a high level, both in the room and in the common areas of the hotel. I really liked the parking lot which had 4 places for electric cars, the pool and the spa area are nice and at the time I visited there were only a few people. the distance by car to the center was between 10-15 minutes and I easily parked at P2 Sebastopol. I will definitely return with pleasure to this hotel.

everything was perfect, I would say that the temperature of the water in the pool could be a little higher and the room cleaning service should be offered every 2-3 days instead of 6 as it is currently.

I was very disappointed that they are now charging guests for the use of the swimming pool and spa when it used to be included in the price of the room. It is quite far from Strasbourg city centre and EU institutions.

The staff was very friendly, especially the Ukrainian-speaking guy, Vladimir (I hope I remember the name correctly). The breakfast was very good with delicious pastries. The small but clean and nice swimming pool and sauna were enjoyable. The room was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. The underground parking was very convenient and free.

The hotel is far away from the city, so you need to use your car to get anywhere. Additionally, the additional bed in the room was not comfortable.
