Practically everything. Since my previous stay, I liked the improvement (or maybe it was just a different room) that now there's a clearly visible sticker in the bathroom, explaining the towel change policy. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff not always follows it, so my efforts to reduce pollution were not very successful...

A minor inconvenience is the underground parking entry, where one has to call the reception instead of using the key card. The staff explained that it was done to avoid cheating, but I'm sure a more elegant solution is possible by adjusting the key card programming so, that only the cards of customers who booked parking can open the gate.

The hotel is located outside the city center, so it is good for staying with car in the alsace region or the black forest. The parking is free of charge in the hotel parking or at the street. A lot of free space. Reaching the Strasbourg city center is convenient with tram From the nearest station. The room is big enough, clean, the bed is large and the mattress is good. The shower is modern. There is a Spa with jacuzzi and other sauna facilities. Open until 9 pm.

The room has a toilet which is separate from the shower. The breakfast is poor and simple, does not worth the 17 Euro price, although there is no other good restaurant which is in walking distance.

Very clean, new, quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms are soundproof so you don’t hear outside noise. The spa area is a nice addition. The hotel is in a bit of an isolated area but so close to a train stop to get into town quite quickly.

They have wifi but the internet was a bit slow.

Friendly hotel with a nice spa area and parking. The city center is just a short tram-ride away. The Hotel Bistrot serves high quality meals and is worth a try (we ate there 2x, as we couldn't find a free table in the town-center). The room is a good size and practically furnished.

There's a fixed light integrated in the bed that we couldn't switch off. It wasn't very bright, but bright enough to be a nuisance. A silly design-feature...

the hotel is big and well maintained, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. lot of choice for the breakfast buffet. position is very good, easy to park outside if you don’t get a reserved space from the hotel. city centre is only 10 mins away via tram.

the spa is nice, but in the sauna rooms you hear a lot of noise from the heating circuit which is not perfect for relaxing. the water of the pool could be a bit warmer. it does not depend on the hotel, but just FYI the street to and from the nearest tram station is a bit dark at night.

Staff were super friendly and pleasant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Spa is a bit on the small side, and unless you make full use of it the hotel may be on the expensive side.

The hotel is a very good location, 4 minutes from two tram station which brings you directly in the city center of Strasburg. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy, there is an extra of 8 euros per day but, I found the bowls with water for my dog at the arrival. The breakfast is a bit expensive but the quality and choices are high, which makes the breakfast worth the price.

Unfortunately, the water of the pool in the SPA is a bit cold. Sometimes was difficult to communicate in English.

Amazing from the beginning till the end. The whole stuff is competent and friendly, kind of familiar I would say, and we were in absolutely good hands of Mademoiselle Flavie by check-in and check-out, where we got all important infos for the trip to Strasbourg city. She was perfectly nice. But same to say about the other stuff too. Even if not everyone were able to talk to you in English - but anyway, the cocktails and handmade drinks from bar tender Charles were pretty perfect too, nothing else to say. If that hotel will and can keep their stuff, they will be on the save side of positive recommondations. Of course needet to mention the clear rooms, the comfortable beds (and 2 pillows for each person!-great). Even dogs are allowed, which makes that hotel special nicely. All spa areas with the pool and the different sauna scenes with for example the tropical sauna which includes different light influences and jungle noises was a welcome new experience for sauna lovers like us. We will see us definitely again because not just Strasbourg has caught us deeply in the heart with that special mentality. Go on like that

The hotel is a very nice structure, modern and very well managed. The breakfast was very good with a big choice among possible alternatives. The swimming pool and spa are a plus. The position is well connected to the city centre via public transportation. The underground garage is very convenient to park the car.

The insulation from noise could be better, mainly from internal noise.
