Close to the airport but in a green space with other hotels so it was quiet. Plus there are quite a few restaurants as well as a shopping center with a great tavern named Marlowe's and a movie theatre, all within a 3 to 6 minute walk.

The breakfast was just ok.

I like the comfortable bed, and my kids like the hot chocolate machine.

That was only one elevator working, and on the third day, both elevators were damaged, for a person that was staying on the 3rd floor was uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok. I would say the hotel would need to be renovated and have a more modern look to it. The windows were a bit dirty and never seemed to be cleaned as well.

Close to the airport it had a free shuttle, The bed was very comfortable and it we got a good night's sleep after a 30-hour trip. Friendly staff.

Styrofoam plates and bowls plus plastic spoons and forks and knives. This should not be used any more, paper plates would be more environmentally friendly.

Needed potatoes as a vegetarian option during complimentary breakfast since I am unable to have pork products.

Location was great and hotel shuttle was very convenient for getting to the airport at 4am. The hotel serves free breakfast as has a mini store for purchasing snacks should you want anything late at night.

No one answered my message when I reached out the day before my arrival to ask if there was a deposit fee. I know hotels believe Booking gives that information to guests, but in my case, I don’t always receive that immediately after booking and it isn’t found in the receipt when I originally make it, so I like to reach out to know ahead of time. No one ever responded and I was left having to pay the random amount upon arrival.

24 hour coffee and cappuccino machine in the lobby area. Cold ac in the room!! (lobby, elevator & hallways were warmer than I prefer and I was worried the room would struggle) Outdoor pool and indoor hot tub. 2 chairs and a bench in the room which was nice for eating snacks and not having to sit in the bed. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Comfy beds and soundproof rooms. Hot tub was a little cloudy on the first day but clean and clear by the second day.

The hotel is older but every member of staff; front desk, house keeping and maintenance work hard to keep it maintained.

Location to the AirPort was/is most Exellent. The prom was/is very clean & confortable. My woman and I are very satisfice with This Location and Plan Too book here again. Breakfast was very enjoyable, hot & fresh, clean & abundant. COFFEE was/is EXELLENT.

Parking seemed Too be in short supply at night. Also NO SECURITY in the exterior Of property. The BACK LOT DEAD-ENDS and IS DIFFICULT Too TURN AROUND. Spaces seemed Too me a Little narrow, a Little difficult departing from your vehicle.

The room was wonderful. They were able to give us an early checkin with a half-hour wait. The bed was very comfy. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great as well.

I didn't like that it was noisy and you could hear everything going on in the hallway from your room. The pool was very small and not in the sun. I was shocked by how small the pool was. I had called ahead to ask if they would have a place to store our luggage if a room was not ready since we were returning from a cruise and was told there was but upon arriving was told that there is not a place to store the luggage.

The simplicity of booking the room at short notice. Booked from the airport in Atlanta just prior to our flight down to Orlando. Reception staff outstanding, friendly in every possible way. Wide choice of breakfast options. Free Shuttle Bus to and from airport. Simple call to hotel once baggage collected saw Shuttle Bus arranged by them with pick-up point given. Most of the hotel Shuttle Buses pick-up at Stop B04, or B03, Level B at Orlando. Drop-off back at the airport is at Departures, with the driver asking your airline when you are picked up at the hotel.
