The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and the rooms were clean. We had 2 rooms for our family and they accommodated us on the same floor. Due to our separate bookings we ended up trying 3 different type of rooms and they all different in sizes. Multiple beds were more spacious than a room with a one bed, so I suggest booking that one instead - you will be more comfortable.

If you are counting on a washer and dryer in this hotel, be aware: the washing machines were always busy and we didn’t see a way in a manual to check on them remotely. We had to stand in physical line at first for the washer and then for the dryers (probably the full process of washing and drying took us 4+ hours for 1 load which made for a very long sleepless night). They are using electric dryers, so be aware that drying takes about 2 hours, and there are people waiting for you to be done, so you have to take your clothes out on time and then hang out there to wait for the dryer.

Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Sapporo station, which makes traveling around Sapporo by train very convenient. Very grateful for the housekeepers who gave us fresh towels every time we did not need the room to be cleaned.

The central heating in the room was somewhat too warm, had to open the window for cold air most of the time to avoid perspiring. But overall, a great stay at the hotel!

Location is just 5 mins walk to Sapporo station, making it a great base for us as we go for day trips with trains a lot. The station is also connected to malls and department stores so its so easy to find food and shopping options. There's also an entry to the underground passage to connect you all the way to Susukino. Room is spacious enough for 2 adults.

- I can hear the noise from people in the hallway very loudly (felt like they are right in front of my door). - bidet is tricky and need a few tries for it to actually spray water

the reception team on duty -is usually very helpful. One of them by the name "Tang" not sure of correct spelling--who came out from her office to help when her colleague unable -she spoke good English and was exceptionally patient and thorough in helping us with problem of getting to our next sight-seeing place in Rusutzu Ski and Convention Hotel. We were pleasantly able to arrange for free transfer from Sopporo Station! Very impressed and appreciate of such efficient and thorough help and service. She is a great asset to this hotel! - 5 minutes walk to Sapporo Station west gate. The nearest underpass exit is "9" to avoid most of the snow. - Sapporo Station has Stellar Place, Daimaru, Apic, and Tokyu for very good restaurants and shopping. - Room space is sufficient for my family of 4 with a medium luggage. - 3 x single beds + 1 x add on bed for 4 persons. - Clean toilet and bathroom. - Lawson, MOS Burger and restaurant just opposite the road and next to the hotel.

Excellent room size. All required facilities. Mr Nori, receptionist, very helpful with local information and restaurants, even booked a very good Genghiz Khan restaurant for me. The main train station was literally five minutes away.

Breakfast was terrible for a non Japanese food eater. Only runny scrambled eggs which were cold. Why serve in a chafing dish if you dont heat it? The croissants were obviously not fresh, they had no taste. There was no hot cereal or any other dish. The laundry floor smelled of fried fish every time one went there. Why?

Staff - staffs are friendly and helpful Location - it's close to Sapporo station which gives you flexibility. Value - it meets the standard of the value we pay I think it's worth the money. Room - the hotel provides you with 2 pillows which is really helpful if you are a hard-to-sleep guy. Also the bed is comfy. Nothing particularly. The hotel just met the standard of the value we pay. Due to our unusual time visiting the place, the staff weren't there that we can see but they provided the ring bell at the counter so you can summon them.

The location is not far from Sapporo Station, and you can walk to the station in 5 minutes or less. However, it is a bit far from the airport limousine bus stop. The room is comfortable and clean, and they also provide an air purifier in the room. I appreciate the hotel's green concept, particularly the amenity selection at the lobby, where you can choose only the items you want.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They speak English and went out of their way to order us a large taxi. We were there only for one day. The hotel is very close to the main station. Our double bed was comfortable and large.

The room was quite small for a double room, but this is fairly common in Japan. There was no microwave, but as we only spent a day there it did not matter too much. The fridges in most of the hotels we stayed at were extremely small.

Good location near to the station, good breakfast.

All ok and at least as expected. Just one small peeve: There are two Mystays hotels next to each other. The more high classed Mystays Sapporo Aspen and the more budget Mystays Sapporo Station. None of the Taxi drivers knew the Mystays Station. It is not a long walk from the Aspen though. Just if you are very packed you should prepare a maps app with the location of the hotel.
