The location is nice, close to restaurants, supermarket and Cinta Costera. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

We missed some basic ameneties in the room, like a kettle, hair dryer and glass/cup for toothbrushes... The 'double' beds in the rooms with 2 double beds, are only 1.40m, so very small for 2 people!

Very close to RIU hotel where we attended a big party. MIO hotel is very new, only one year old. Everything is working perfectly.

I expected a hair blower but None. I expected a coffee maker, cups, and supplies but None. No pen and paper to write on. Breakfast should be served until 10 am but they only have until 9 am.

Pretty new hotel with spacious, minimalistic and clean rooms in a central location, there are still finishing the hotel so sometimes there is some noise, but it's ok I don't understand all the complaining about the breakfast here, it's totally fine for the price, go to the RIU next door if you wann have champagne or a bigger selection for breakfast and then pay for it....

the pool area, the water was very dirty and a lot of rubbish around it, also it was difficult to buy a beer In a nutshell: the hotel has a lot of potential it needs to have a better management and more staff who cares about certain areas

The staff was friendly and spoke English. For the price of our stay everything was exceptional. The breakfast was ok if you eat eggs and meat. I prefer fruits and yogurt. There were yogurt cups with granola but the yogurt was runny. The room was very simple but clean and the bed was good. There were no English channels on the tv. You can’t beat this hotel for the price!

Other than adding some fruit to breakfast I can’t say anything negative about this hotel and our stay. The location is in the business district. We stayed there the night before our flight back home. It was fairly easy to get in and out driving.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The location was ideal, for the business we needed to take care of. Also the location was very secure with the presence of the staff and local law enforcement close and in the area.

Our entry door to the room wouldn’t lock. The staff send a maintenance worker to repair the lock, but he was unsuccessful. We wait awhile but to no avail. After a period of time,the staff chose to give us another room, but this time with a King size bed @ no extra cost. Sweet!

The staff is amazing! Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Early check in was available and with the kids it was essential for an more enjoyable stay.

The pool area could be more friendly. No towels are available at the pool area, people were smoking around the pool and kids were not happy with that. The breakfast was nice but it could have more options.

It was all very good, I would recommend the hotel, I would also stay again. This hotel is clean the staff is great. The hotel is very nice. Location is great. The restaurant is being remoulded.

The breakfast was not that great, Coffee in paper cups, ( I bought my own mug.) Once the restaurant is finished. I know the breakfast will be great.

Everything about the breakfast was good each day you had a verity to choose from. location was good, this is our favored hotel whenever we are in Panama. Eseta who works the dining hall was very nice. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are very big and had a beautiful view.

The rooms are normally between 100-180 USD the night. I didn’t pay as much, but I don’t think it’s worth that money. The room was very nice, but the breakfast was very disappointing as well as the breakfast area. I hope the solve it by the end of construction.
