Large room. Good location about 15 minute walk from the bus station. Breakfast was good with cappuccino available boiled eggs, meat and cheese trays, fresh fruit, a variety of bread and rolls and cereal. Hotel easy to locate following their directions. McDonalds and a sushi restaurant in the “mall” on the way to the hotel. Good water pressure in shower. Closet and safe in the room and several chairs.

Upon check in you will be asked if you would like to receive a free drink in exchange for your room not being made up. They don’t tell you that the room will not be made up for 3 days! Upon asking, they did advise if we asked at reception we could get fresh towels. The room was very hot and a/c did not put out much cool air. No view from windows. The sink outside the bathroom was not an issue.

The location of this hotel was exceptional for access to most of the main tourist haunts. The room itself was of adequate size and the bed quite comfortable except for the pillows. They were lumpy. That apart everything about the room was good. We did like the "Galley" which was a small room set aside to make your own tea (various types available) and coffee which also include decaffeinated. This is a great ovation! The bar/reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar itself was a very comfortable place to sit and relax. I have to say thank you to the City of Geneva for the "free" travel pass which we made great use of. It Included the journey from and to the airport, all the trams, buses and the boat "buses". All in all it made our travel around Geneva so easy. The main Christmas Market was very big and very busy, perhaps too busy for comfort.

We knew that Geneva was expensive but were somewhat shocked at some of the prices being asked for eating out.

Great location. Quiet area, and close to central station, lake, the old city, nice shops and restaurants. Walking everywhere is easy but public transport also super easy, and even public paid parking around the corner. Less than 30min with public transport to airport (either bus or tram-rain). Comfortable isolated room and nice atmosphere in the reception/bar area. They even have guitars guests can play. Very motivated and helpful staff. Excellent varied breakfast.

It is a bit difficult to find at first. Entrance is in a shopping hall featuring a Mc Donald’s (easy reference). You can also find it if you enter through a side door of the shop called Globus. Look for black signs to ‘Ruby’.

Nice hotel near shopping center. Hotel has a cool design. Comfortable stay. Overall it was very nice.

The room is quite small and our room has window with no view.

Clean Location, friendly staff and bar is open 24 hrs. for guests. They even provide geneva pass for local travel which works on yellow boats, all buses and local train stations.

I cannot say I didn't like everything but somethings can be ignored provided you would be always on sightseeing most of the days. You need to ask for everything they are not given to you by default example day passes or even what would be breakfast timing and where it is served. They don't provide dental kit so bring yours or you need to buy it from supermarket. They do not provide any late hour dinning or in room dining.

We were very happy with Ruby Claire. We had booked the WOW Room and the room was very comfortable. I had sent a request to the hotel to assign me a quiet room and they did. It was comfortable , quiet and cozy. It was in a great location, we were able to walk to the Christmas market, train station (for our trips to Zermatt, Montreaux etc.)

Only negative would be the breakfast. It was $28 CHF and there was only cold choices. The other minor issues would be (1) we didnt really have a view from the room. Just the roof of Globus. We didnt mind because we were never in the room. (2) the wash basin is outside the bathroom, and if someone is up early and washing /brushing, you could be disturbed. Not big issues.

My favorite part of my stay was the STAFF and the location. Unbelievable value for your money, all the major shopping and dining spots are within a minute radius. Special shoutout to Jacky, Killian & Raphaelo. Honestly the staff and hospitality was exceptional and the owner of the hotel welcomed me personally. They went the extra mile to accommodate some requests and other hotels wouldn't bother themself. The atmosphere is hip and cool. Would definitely stay there again.

The great location, Nice and friendly staff, There is parking close by, and the have 20% discount. I would recommend to friends and visit it again.

No room service, No one to deliver the luggage to the street, if you have a car, you have the park it in the main street and go up to bring your luggage.

Love the concept of the hotel. The room is designed with a lifestyle concept with some doodles instructions. Room is bright and clean! Location was perfect, restaurants and shoppings are just at few steps away.. 3 mins walk to direct bus to the airport. Very convenient.

The entrance is a little hard to look for. My room was located at the 7th floor and it felt like I was entering a service door to my room where I had to go through the dining lounge to a door at the corner. Dislike how I had to check in by filling in every single details through the iPad rather than having the staff to do the check in by just handling guest passport like any other hotel.
