The staff and the amazing activities that the kids and family can take on are fun.. the staff helped us with diractions and provided guidance.. the rental store lady was helpfull and she helped the kids in chosing there scooters.. the place has so many activities next time i would like to stay more than 3 days..

The weather was so hot and there was no fans or AC in the rooms.. upon entering the apartment there was small bugs and flys.. we use to keep our windows open at night to get the air circlating but there were people smoking under our window and the smell of smoke come in through the windows..

Great location right by the gondola. We had a large room with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is right under the building, so very little shlepping of ski equipment. There are several restaurants on the premises, we liked the cafe for breakfast which has vibe like a brooklyn coffee shop in the morning with all the hipster snowboarders. Flims is nearby with a lot of shops and restaurants. We could use the gym and pool of the signing hotel for a little fee.

We first had an apartment on second floor, the view was blocked by another building. Upon our request the hotel changed to third floor, where we had a beautiful mountain view. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing!

The taps in the kitchen, WC and bathroom did not close properly, so sometimes water was dripping.

You're few steps away from the ski lift, Rockresort provides lockers nearby the ski lift, it super convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a meal. The rooms are very quiet, pillows are comfy. Excellent soap and shampoo that add to a great experience. The bathroom gives a spa vibe with steam switch, we loved it. They provide dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and a few coffee capsules to get you started. The underground garage (20 CHF per night) takes you right under your building, it's very convenient.

The functionality of some solutions is debatable, like night lamps attached just above the head in the bedroom with single beds. Slippers would be nice. There was no info where to dispose garbage and if any recycling/sorting needed to be done.

Great location and very thoughtfully laid out for guests

Minor design recommendations: the shower doesn’t have a door, so I recommend the barricade be made longer to offer privacy. This helps with non-family guests. Additionally, the drawers and cabinet doors are very close to the ground so they easily catch your feet if you’re not careful. Recommend they be lifted if possible to make it more child friendly.

Location could not be more practical, parking, ski-lift, lockers for ski equipment and the rooms are all within the same facility. Room was huge and had a huge window-front

The driving instructions on Bookingcom were not accurate. Upon arrival, I had to search for the reception for half an hour. It came out, I had parked my car in the wrong one of the 2 underground parking houses. The room was huge but there was nothing to put the luggages on. The light in the toilett has a motion sensor and always turns on when entering the toilett. For someone like me who gets up a few times during the night to get a leak, it was an annoyance. Each time afterwards, I was awake enough to go to office,

Great buildings and interior, close to the slopes and cable cars, clean, nice service, ski lockers included. And the ski region is great, with also some very nice restaurants on the slopes.

There is not too much around and some of the bars had closed when we were there. Relatively low and skiing down may get a bit complicated with the snow getting very soft later in the season.

room design, skateboard/scooter facilities, restaurants in the area, tree-top walk, lake to swim, overall relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

gondola is too large - too many people in the closed space, not enough fresh air and too loud, i got sick (definitely not recommended for people with motion sickness), not going to use this gondola any more. The small lifts (like in Flims), preferable not enclosed (i.e. open) would be much better!

The location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the gondolas. The appartments are good size and clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen but enough. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and some other shops in the resort which is very useful. Make sure you book a table in any restaurant well in advance, they are pretty busy.

We enjoyed our stay in the resort. Ideal location for skiiers so nothing to fault really.

Beautiful apartments

if you have small children the surfaces are very hard - lots of corners that a child could hurt themselves on, especially the bathrooms. The coffee table does not have rounded edges - I was surprised by that. there is a sharp edge that could hurt children. The price is high - I thought a daily clean might be included but it wasn’t. It would also be nice if some of the facilities could be used - all you get here is the apartment.
