- Big apartments, beautifully decorated, lots of storage and a large balcony. - Modern kitchen appliances, hot and high-pressure water in the shower, warm rooms. - Lifts available to every hotel area. - Amazing, modern and luxurious spa/wellness! - Restaurant is modern, service is professional and the food is delicious. - The ski equipment lockers are easy, practical and keep everything secure and warm. - Location very close to the ski gondola(s) and a shuttle every 10 minutes at the hotel to take the guests to it.

- The shuttle driver stopped around 50m away from the ski area entrance for no apparent reason. There was a specific parking called "Kiss and Ride" just near the entrance, but he always left and picked up the guests far away down the street, so we had to carry our equipment much farther still, up hill and across the street, while wearing ski boots and dodging the constant bus traffic.

The apartment was a great size for our needs and offered all the amenities required for our stay. The resort itself offers a lot for a great experience in the mountains, from the restaurant and the views, to the pool area for the kids and the spa for mom. There is a gas station/convenience store just outside of the resort for a quick shop and the main shops are accessible by a short walk or a bus ride.

Not much to dislike overall. There were a few small issues in our apartment that the staff dealt with in a timely manner. Obviously, if you are looking for a place right in town, this is not it.

Not much to dislike overall. A more varied kids offering in the in-house restaurant (s'Nani) would be nice and would have made us eat there at least once or twice during our stay. Our apartment was all single beds, even in the master bed room.

Clean and spacious apartments that are well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils. Great spa area - loved the jacuzzi and saunas! Really good value for money and a quick walk to the restaurants at Rocksresort and short shuttle ride to the ski lift.

Not much to say really. Only thing was that unfortunately we were unable to get a reservation at the restaurant but that was our fault for asking too late.

This accomodation is everything we expected and more. We booked an apartament with 3 bedrooms and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious, the living room and and kitchen equiped with all that we needed for a great stay. Also a thank you to the staff who was very accomodating.

The apartment is spacious and clean with a lot of storage. The bathroom is of a good size and clean. The balcony is big with a nice view of the mountains. The kitchen is well equipped. My dog and cat were very much welcome to stay at the hotel. Spa facilities are amazing. We will definitely make this place as our second home for winter and Easter holidays. Can’t wait to go back!

A 5 minute walk from the ski lifts. They also have a shuttle in case you bring your own equipment. The apartments are big and confortable, with blinds that shut all the light (you can spend the whole day sleeping and will never notice it's sunny outside). In the apartment we stayed, there were actual confortable beds for a family of 4, not just a main bed and a sofa-bed. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area with a terrace. Very nice indeed. The service is outstanding. They have an underground parking on-site (extra payment). Breakfast is good (extra payment too). In front of the hotel there is a gas station in case you need supplies. They have pools with sophisticated lighting that give an interesting mood.

The restaurant was always fully booked for dinner, but you could always see empty tables. They should increase capacity so you don't have to go outside on a cold evening. Even so, there's plenty of options nearby. When you book you are warned that taxes and a towel-and-linen charge are not included. I think these charges should be made at booking time to avoid confusion later on.

Not much to dislike. If anything, it's that the resort is not right near the ski lifts (there is a hotel shuttle pretty much all day). Also, the main cantonal road is right in front of the resort.
