Everything! The staff were brilliant, friendly and efficient. We stayed overnight for our half marathon and asked for a late check out; this was arranged and noted with our arrival among other details. The location was fantastic, just next to the station on a quieter street but close enough to the city centre but excluding the noise. Hotel building was beautiful and our room was more than sufficient for an overnight stay. We would definitely come back here again.

Further sound insolation from your neighbours on the same floor, we could hear them very well as they were getting ready to go out on the Saturday night...

Location was fantastic - 2 minutes walk from train station, and 5 minutes from the bars and restaurants, and 15 minutes to the beach. Although it was so near to the amenities, it was a peaceful place to stay. The building itself was beautiful and traditional, with beautiful staircases. Our bed was soooo comfortable! Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of options to choose from.

Our room and bathroom felt quite small, but were manageable. One small disappointment was when we went to the bar to use our complimentary drinks vouchers on our last evening, we found out that the bar doesn’t open on Monday or Tuesdays. There didn’t seem to be a lift, which could be a problem for some guests.

The establishment was truly exquisite, with its enchanting old-world charm forming the cornerstone of its appeal. Enjoying breakfast in the beautifully tended garden was a delightful experience, and the distinctive decor adorned with various artifacts and old pieces left an indelible impression, precisely the kind of lasting memory one desires from a visit to Sitges. Thank you for your delightful hospitality. Should I return, I will undoubtedly choose to stay with you once again.

Being apprised of the walk-up in advance would have undoubtedly encouraged me to pack less.

The location is super, close to the train station, bus stop and 5 min from the beach. Staff is friendly, 24hr reception and you can leave your bags before/after check in/out. Breakfast is really nice, a great variety of choices. Nice warm shower Big terrace!! Hotel in general and garden are beautiful .

The hotel is not to blame but on booking.com it said the price was including breakfast but apparently during check in it turned out it was not. For me it was no problem but the bathtub in my room was very small so you can't take a bath and the room was a bit dark because it was on the ground floor. Again it was no problem for me and I enjoyed my stay a lot.

The breakfast was fantastic. Also, the art on the walls is so unique, it is a great way to see Sitges.

There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also, the staff weren't as helpful as I would have liked. I asked if they had water from the tap to fill up my water bottle and they said "no", you have to buy bottled water. I said that there wasn't even a water tap behind the bar right where we were standing and they said "no". I had to go into the bathroom and fill it up.

Very charming hotel with very decent rooms for the price. All renovated, clean and functional. The location is perfect, just 5 min walk to the sea, but far enough from the busiest streets. Our room was comfortable and had a cute balcony facing a beautiful villa.

Three minor details: the lobby is very small and guests hang around there, disturbing when passing. Our room was not well insulated from noise. Finally, the heating was rather weak.

This hotel has great location. Staff is nice, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is also very good. We enjoyed our 6th stays but the prices are going up, 900e for 6 nights. We hope to come back next year, but worried we would not be able to aford. Shame as we realy love this charming place.

Breakfast and location were amazing. The room didn't look like the photos online however, I thought I was in an economy room from the photos, and had paid more for a standard. Also was on the very top floor - lots of stairs!

The room was okay, but I was hoping for a bigger window and a view at least for the price - I stayed for 3 nights for a wedding, and was planning to have a friend around to get ready before it, but didn't bother as the room wasn't what I had hoped.

Breakfast was substantial. Room was comfortable. Location was excellent.

Being slap bang in the middle of town was fabulous however weekends can be a little rowdy with the close proximity of bars and nightclubs. The rooms offered little in the way of soundproofing. Be aware you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. I mean everything!

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond, so thank you. The breakfast was plentiful and good choice. The breakfast garden was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and I got the sleep I needed. The view of the gardens and surrounding area was very nice. The shower and wash basin fitted with the style of the hotel.

The balcony was ok, but two of the 'spikes' for the pigeons had fallen down. I cannot sit in a deck chair, they are too low. Not impressed with the toilet, how do you clean it? My room had what I thought was too many paintings on the walls and the subject matter were depressing (sorry)
