The place is very clean, I'm usually very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I check the mattress, underneath the bed and the toilet, before I use the room just in case! But everything was good. We only stayed one night and took the 2 queen bed studio, which was very well designed, spacious, and enough to fit more than the 4 of us. Staff at the reception were very welcoming, and when I requested late check out, they allowed us to stay for another 1 hour. My son had to attend to a virtual interview after we checked out, and they offered him a focus room so he could do his call. They are very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good for the prices of the room. You can make your own waffle, which I find a smart idea. All in all , it was an amazing experience.

Nothing, the location is perfectly situated inside Burlington but if you are visiting Mississauga or Toronto, it's about 30 min drive, which we didn't mind

The heated pool area was open until 10pm so we had plenty of time to enjoy it after our check in. It’s a pet friendly hotel so I was able to bring my pups and green space is nearby. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of choices. Most importantly, the staff were all super friendly and helpful and made it a lovely atmosphere for our family reunion!

The rooms were gorgeous, the amenities were great, the only small drawback was that (tho they looked beautiful) the beds weren’t as comfortable to sleep in as they looked. Also the website neglected to mention a 50$ pet fee that covers up to a week of stay, so actually not bad, but given it was only a night-just an unexpected charge that would have been nice to know prior (should have come up on my booking IMO).

Great breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. We were there for a hockey tournament and the arena was walking distance from the hotel so couldn’t have asked for a better location.

The bar closed at 11 pm. I didn’t like how the bathroom door in the room didn’t have a lock. The room seemed smaller than advertised. Also we had to sign a no partying form with some ridiculous stipulations that if weren’t followed we would be charged 250$. Also there was no option for late checkout the front desk said it was company policy, I have stayed at many Hampton hotels and always was able to get late checkout especially on a Sunday.

Good hotel, clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. Staff is also very courteous.

Some pet dogs of guests dirtied the breakfast room and the elevators. Also someone was continuously taking the luggage carts to their room and usin g it to tie up their dog. The ccart, when it appeared after 2 days, was full of dog hair. Such guests should be fined.

Elegant, new facility, tastefully decorated. Everything works. Large rooms, large windows, lots of counter space, fast elevators, laundry facilities for guests, a sofa bed that was firm enough to sit on, etc. Large flat screen TV, mounted on swivel. Private toilet in the bathroom, good flush, glass doors on shower. All good. Comfortable bed. Black out curtains. Wake up call on time. Attractive breakfast room, pitchers of ice water, fresh fruits, good range of offerings, including waffles. Particularly appreciated the built in USB chargers at the desk and the bedside tables. Nowadays many of us travel with numerous items that need daily recharging (mobile phones, tablets, digital watches, hearing aids, etc.). When there was a problem (see below), the front desk was very attentive to the report. Lots of free parking spaces. Quiet location, handy to gas station and other amenities, and only an hour from Toronto. Check in and check out were both very fast and efficient.

Two small items. --Staff woke us up unexpectedly at 8 am by knocking on the door to ask if we wanted towels later in the day. This was before our scheduled wakeup call, and in spite of clear "Do Not Disturb" hotel sign hanging on our door. Housekeeping staff need better training. --Breakfast was not up to standard at the level expected of Hampton Inn and its competition. The scrambled eggs and the turkey sausage were both dry as dust. The available cereals were all children's food full of sugar: cheerios, fruit loops, and the like. Need to add things like bran flakes or something.

The location was very clean, check in was very efficient. I did love that when I got to my room the TV screen had a Welcome note on it, which I thought was a nice touch. TY

The Breakfast was something to be desired, you really should reassess your offering in the way of flavour. It tasted funny, I really couldn't eat it, I opted for oatmeal as I could add the flavour.

I loved the space in the room, enough to do some yoga or let a young child move and run. The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good. We got there late at night, friendly staff at the counter greeted us and checked us in quickly. We didn’t stay long so we didn’t experience the hotel or the area and therefore could not really rate the location or other amenities. It is right off the highway though, convenient for us.

We happened to be there at the same time as a big group, the breakfast area was a little crowded.

We enjoyed the stay. It was overall clean, quiet, good breakfast selection, nice pool, and great parking lot.

Some things that bugged me was the bathroom was not clean enough. There was pee around the bottom of the toilet, so my infant was unable to crawl about freely. There was a bunch of bugs and hair in some areas of the room as well. The bottom of the tub was dirty with black, Could tell not scrubbed.

The staff and facilities were great. The King Room with Pull Out was a great size. Plenty of counter space in bathroom. The coat hooks on the wall - fantastic (my 10 year old hung his coat every time without being asked...win!). The work space was great. A huge shout out to Gilbert. He was amazing. He was able to accommodate an early check in so I could take a virtual work meeting at 2pm in a private location. Although not part of team stay, I was there with my son at a hockey tournament. He texted to wish us luck and kept checking in. I travel frequently for business, tournaments and leisure - I've never had that kind of personal touch before. And another front desk representative engaged my son wishing him luck and giving positive vibes - I didn't catch his name. My son said this was the nicest hotel he has ever stayed in and his has stayed in lots too.

The lighting in the rooms could have been a little better. And the floor basin of the shower had what looked like renovation construction stains, but I assure you it was clean - so no bother at all.

The only issue I have is . When I booked and had confirmation from Booking .com The total price I was told was 179.00. When I checked out from the hotel the bill was 199.54? I did not notice this until getting home. I did not use anything that would be the difference in the charge. I would like an explanation. Thanks, I have never had this happen before.
