With my wife we spent only one night. The Lady at the reception was professional and very kind welcoming us with a big smile. The room was clean. In this hotel there is a restaurant/pizzeria, we had two amazimg pizzas that we high recommend to everyone. Mr. Alessandro is very nice keeping an eye on our needs and for sure he knows very well what "customer satisfaction" means. Next to the hotel there is a comfortable private parking for free. Brussels Arirport is approximately 10 minutes by car very good for early morning flights like we had. Thank you!

The room was perfectly clean everytime we return back. Personnel was friendly and helpful.

The fridge did not work when we arrived. Unfortunately we found out that was becouse the extension cable did not work so we reconnect the cable and sudenly it worked. It took some time to cool the fridge.. The room was very warm (25degree celsius) even though it was 10 degrees outside. I don't know why, becouse heating was off. We try ventilate, but it is not possible all time, becouse of heavy traffic.

Friendly and attentive staff, a huge bravo to Bryan that made the stay feeling like home. Free private parking in the internal courtyard. Nice italian restaurant with quality fresh products. Close to bus station for Bruxelles.

Restaurant's terrace closed (in spite of the good weather outside). Narrow stairs and no lift (...if we really have to find something less positive). We stayed on a courtyard side room and had no annoyances (suppose depends on availability but thanks anyway to Bryan!) but on a street side room there might be some noise related nuisance in the morning.

Breakfast included, nice staff, beautiful room with an amazing view, not too far away from Brussels and quite affordable for being that close to Brussels and the airport

The bathroom door was made of glass and you can see through it, which is quite amazing and no problem at all when you're alone, but I was there with my family so that was not very pleasant.

Near the centre, we drove by car for about 20 minutes to the main square. There si a restaurant in the building openned from 5:30 pm where we had dinner - I recommend. Breakfast was amazing.

The door to the bathroom were not the “classical” one, it was mäse from glass like the ones you have in spa.

Average expectations - but excellent service. Went out of their way to be helpful. Location was great - far enough from the airport - but actually a really nice walk (45 mins) on good cycle paths. Equally the bus stop is literally outside

The pillows were a bit hard and lumpy. Arrived to be told restaurant closed at 2230 - but at 2200 was told it was closed. However they still cooked for me! So you can’t really complain.

All good nothing to complain about, the staff were very friendly, the room was really good and the hotel had a private car parking which made things easier

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Quiet area (Just take note that location is outside the city, but bus stop right outside with 10-15min to airport and 30min to city center.)

The person that check me into the hotel made a great impression. Employees like that are a good asset to the hotel. First contact is excellent. He was a great representation of the hotel and went the extra miles to ensure my stay was excellent. The staff were top class. Hotel should be grateful its has such great employees.

It would be great if tea/coffee making facilities were available in the room.
