The hotel is clean and cozy. It is located near the city center, and you can reach the Opera within 20 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and served in a pleasant setting.

Currently, tram track reconstruction is ongoing on the street in front of the hotel, with workers making quite a bit of noise from early morning (which, of course, is beyond the hotel’s control, but it might wake you up). There is no trash bin in the room. During my 5-day stay, the room was cleaned only once (though one day was a public holiday and then a weekend, which might explain the less frequent cleaning during my visit).

The hotel is located in very nice area, very close to the city centre and Belvedere. You can either use the public transport, or walk. It’s a cute old school place with a vibe. The room is equipped with everything you need for a weekend gateway. Water and 1 coffee tab per stay is free. Subway station is also close by, like 3min walking distance. The coffee shop next door serves delicious coffee, breakfast and croissants. I had a really nice sleep after whole day of exploring.

bathroom fans are broken, run all night, thankfully i closed my room and i couldn't hear it, otherwise it was very noisy

Location of the hotel is great, you can go to almost every tourist attraction by foot and it wouldn't take you more than 20 minutes. Room was very clean, housekeeping did a very good job cleaning it, yet not moving our stuff around (which was really hard with 2 girls🤣). Staff was really nice and helpfull, always smiling and trying to accomodate you. Breakfast was also very good, you can choose from different kinds of cereals, fruit youghurts, also cured meat and cheese, salads, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot dogs and so on...

We couldn't connect to the main WiFi and that's why I gave it a 9, because we had to go out to the elevator to connect to the Lobby's WiFi and only then we had 1 or two lines of WiFi in our room.

It was nice small hotel with 24 reception. It has an old school vibe, but everything was clean and room was quite big. Room has small kitchenette. Location was great - walk distance everywhere around city center. 15-20min from Hauptbahnhof, 15-20min to center. Breakfast was good - classic continental hotel breakfast with everything (eggs, sausage, hams & cheeses, fruit, yogurt, granola, sweet variations, pastry, bread, juice, tea & good old bad hotel coffee)

Older furniture and not such a nice interier - but everything was very clean and Ok. Street was under the reconstruction, but during the weekend it was quite (no reconstruction work during weekends). Everything from the street was quite loudly hear in the room.

Breakfast was very good in terms of variety, content and quality. The staff were extremely caring and friendly.HI've never hadI've never hadHiçvi The room we stayed in was spacious and the facilities were exceptional. We loved the room with a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, espresso machine. The cleanliness was top notch. The bed was comfortable. The location is easy to reach, you can easily reach most places on foot. Some reviews say that the rooms are cold. However, when you increase the heating settings, you can stay in an extremely warm room. This was our experience. The temperature of the room was very good.

Wi-Fi connection can be said to be sufficient. However, Internet connection can be improved. There are too many interruptions. The wireless network needs to be strengthened.

The location is very close to Karlplatz and you can walk from there to more objectives. There is a tram station 1 minute distance from the hotel and another U station 5 minutes walk. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Even if the building is old it is clean and very well sustained. The breakfast is very rich containing all that you need for a perfect start of the day including vegetables, fruits, chees and meat, besides coffee and other drinks. The personnel is very nice and helpful.

The rooms could be updated with fresh new paint and a small up to date interior.

It was pretty joyful. It is very close to the metro station and to market. Safe area.

TV was not working the first day due to a probable remote control issue. The technical staff was supposed to check and fix it the next day but unfortunately it was not fixed. Thanks to free wifi and mobile phones but may be a big concern for a family with kids. It would be better to have those free coffee capsules not only for the first day, but the rest as well. The road construction works started very early in the morning in the first day. This is of course not an issue of hotel management but I didn't like this fact.

The location is very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious and we even had a terrace on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious.

On the day of departure we checked out of the hotel and left our luggage at the reception. When we came to pick up our luggage in the evening, the hotel employee did not allow us to wait for a taxi at the reception, explaining that the reception is for guests only. We only needed 15-20 minutes.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast is good. Same as in every hotel in Austria. The hotel is in the middel of 2 tram stations and red Ubahn no 1. I asked for a quiet upper floor room and received a tiny. But upon mentioned I was removed to a good size room on the side of main road. Not too much noice...4 floor. And very convient with a suitcase scale where the suitcases can be stored. before or after checkout. Not cheap as all hotels close to inner-circle between christmas and newyear.
