Breakfast is not provided at the property but there are some shops nearby so not a big problem.

We did not know that we had to collect keys from their office, which is at a different address. They text me instructions just a day before our arrival, but we were busy travelling and did not see the message. When we arrived at the address, we could not get inside the building. They told us on phone to come to office but it was raining and we did not know the way. We waited for over an hour for someone to come and take us to the apartment. It was very frustrating wait after a long flight. It will be better if the arrival instructions are sent well in advance when we book the place.

Two bedroom, two bathroom, waterfront views. absolutely beautiful very sunny apartment with huge floor to ceiling windows, nice building, free parking a bonus. Big fridge, two balconies and kitchen had everything necessary tram stop right outside (in the free zone)

Everything was great for us but can imagine in mid summer you would need air con going 24/7 because of all the windows. Second bedroom didn’t have air con.

Location is fantastic , with free light rail just outside the premises - to get you into the city & surrounds . Beautiful view from unit , over looking City , Yarra & Bay area .Very quiet & comfortable . Got to use the gym , which was very well layed out & equipped .

With 6 people staying there - would of liked a little more plates , there was a broken Saucepan ( only 1 & couldn't use ) & small serving dishes . Almost felt like going to k mart to buy some - but ate out instead . Coffee machine didn't work at all ?

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family of 5. Fully functioning kitchen and the location was great. The tram into the city was right out the front and there is a woolworths right around the corner for your groceries. The view out to sea was great...lots to look at. The facilities (pool) was great for the kids to swim in.

There was only 1 tiny bathroom in our apartment to share between 5 of us. It was difficult to find the reception building and we got a little lost using google maps to find them.

The view from the balcony and rooms was fantastic. It was a pleasant view of the river and boats. At night it was a pleasant view of the shimmering and gleaming city lights. Rooms were nice and tidy. Wifi was fantastic.

Entry to the carpark was a bit tedious. Someone needs to get down from the car to connect the FOB to the receiver. At kitchen I felt the need of a spatula. It is very difficult to fry eggs without a spatula. For the roads, Melbourne has a lot of tram lines running along the road. Also there are slightly different road rules/signs compared to Sydney (e.g.: turn right from the left lane only). Sometimes cars also run on the tram lanes, sometimes it is prohibited. Please do some homework on the roads before coming in :)

Beautiful view and modern apartment. Had everything you would need.

1. I rang earlier to arrange my daughter to check in, the girl said someone would call me but they didn't. Then I had to organise in the middle of my mother in laws 70th bday instead of earlier as I'd planned. 2. No bars or restaurants close by. 3. Had to drop keys back two blocks away at 6am on our way to the airport with my 75 yr old mother and all our luggage- or leave her with bags in the dark of the morning for me to run to drop off before ordering an Uber. Quite an inconvenience!!

Location was very convenient. Tram stop was just 2min away and you could hop on to get to the CBD which is like 2-3 stops ahead. You can choose to walk to the CBD if you prefer. DFO Southwharf is at a walking distance if you want to shop. View from the apartment is amazing. You can see Docklands waterfront and the ferries/boats from each bedroom and the lounge.

The lounge wasn't very spacious and there was a smell in the apartment. The parking was very incovenient

Location was amazing. Two Trams right in front of the Apartments to take you into the city leaving around the clock - easy to get around and everything close by. The view from the balcony and the bedrooms was amazing and the bonus of having a washing machine for a weeks stay with kids and also two bathrooms was amazing. Great spot to relax in the apartment and we also used the swimming pool our kids loved.

a couple small/minor things but nothing that influenced our overall stay and satisfaction. Location, size of the apartment, view and ease of getting around from there was AMAZING.

Great location, clean place and the facilities

After booking on the platform you’re asked to upload Id on their own link and also pay for a bond. None of which is mentioned whilst booking. I feel very anxious with people taking a copy of my id with all the data leaks happening. The property also doesn’t have the basics like seasoning in the kitchen, extra bin bags, facial tissues and you’ll be provided with one single soap per bathroom.

Superb views. Very easy access to the trams and within the free tram zone. Enough room for a family of four. Great value.

Balcony could do with a table and comfortable chairs - but chairs that are provided are adequate. Can only have two separate beds in the master bedroom, which meant the kids got the master suite that included the ensuite and television (they loved it).
