The location was very good as it was close to Trams and buses to the city. The apartment was well furnished with all the amenities like a microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities and an oven hob. All the crockery and utensils were supplied as well. It was a large room, well furnished with a TV and the Wi-Fi worked well. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Melbourne for a short stay.

It was as I had expected for a short and comfortable stay. Close to the transport system and easy access to all the museums, markets and attractions.

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was also very close to Southern Cross station which made it very convenient to get to and from. TV was big and had plenty of channels and you could also connect to your streaming channels. It was quite convenient. Plenty of food options around and there was a Woolworths supermarket only 10 minutes walk. Also very close to Docklands if you wanted to get close to the water.

No safe in the room, not a big deal though. Also, the ensuite bathroom did not have a fan, so after a shower it gets very steamy and you can't use the mirror. Aircon in the main living area was hard to work out, it worked well in both bedrooms, but in the living room it didn't heat up.

The staff were so accommodating. We were given a room that looked out to a wall from the lounge area and bedroom, very depressing. I rang the reception and asked for a different room and the gave us a lovely room on the eighth floor looking out to the entrance of the Marvel stadium without any fuss. Thank you so much.

The property was more than we expected for the price we paid. Very clean and mostly comfortable however the sofa wasn’t very comfortable. May need to update to a more appropriate sofa as it was the only place to sit and watch TV.

It was a great location for our needs, as easy to access the freeway without having to drive through the city and also within the free tram area with a tram stop close by. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our bags prior to check-in and they were accommodating when I asked to extend check out by an hour so I could return after attending parkrun to shower before checking out. I also like that we booked a 2 bedroom apt but actually got two adjoining rooms which was great with our teenage children and also meant we had two bathrooms as well.

There wasn't many car parking spots and you had to pay extra to park.

It’s location is outstanding. As a female traveller on my own it was very safe and secure and right on the doorstep of the stadium. The staff were really lovely and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was pretty stressed as I was on a tight timeline but they made my stay easy. I also was upgraded to a beautiful executive suite (most unexpected). My only regret is I wish I had taken photos to share.

Carparking is limited (especially on game nights) but there are plenty of other options close by that you can book your car into online.

The Quest Serviced Apartments are conveniently located next to Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station. The main entry is on Bourke Street, but you can access Marvel Stadium from Level 4. The room was large and basic. The staff were friendly upon check-in and check out.

The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it was like a steam sauna every time we had a shower. A cupboard door came off its hinges! The room rate was bumped up significantly for the Grand Prix Weekend. There is apparently parking available, but it's not advertised.

Just what i needed for an overnight stay, caught the train from Gippsland, stayed the night, caught the free tram to China town for dinner then next morning the sky bus to the airport and flew home to Coffs Harbour. So everything worked for me, that's the second time i have stayed and i possibly will again in the near future.

The room was a bit on the small side, i was spoilt last visit as they gave me an upgrade into a larger room. Not enough coffee in the room (6 decaf and 2 regular) and its not so nice.

The welcome from the staff and their assistance throughout our 6 day stay. was exceptional. all the facilities we needed were in place, roomy, with large patio for fresh air. Access to food shops was within 20 metres, and the tram stop - being Melbourne a free tram - was about 50 metres away. Will look for Quest Apartments at other cities in future. We had daily room service available, but apart from fresh linen etc declined that.

Some hotels now have an automatic coffee machine. - capsule type. One would have been appreciated.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with a balcony that had a nice outlook. The apartment had 2 bathrooms and the kitchen had everything you need with a good size fridge. Direct access to Marvel Stadium is a bonus and would be great if attending an event. Easy walking distance to Docklands restaurants & shopping. Parking on-site for an additional $40 (although tight for large cars). The front desk staff were excellent to deal with. I called in advance to organise an accessible room with walk-in shower, and they were happy to accommodate. I also requested a nice view and late checkout and was granted both. We would definitely stay again.

A coffee pod machine would be a great addition. A staff member quite abruptly knocked on our door at 10.30am and very firmly asked why we hadn't checked out. I explained we had pre-arranged a late check-out time of 11am and they just turned and walked away, without any apology. That was a shame because all other staff had been wonderful to deal with.

Location was really good for us. Close enough to walk to the ice rink (we were in town to watch the ice hockey finals). Plenty of places to eat / drink nearby. Coffee shop and convenience store a few doors down. 2br apartment was spacious enough for our group of 3 adults. Ensuite + bathroom was very convenient. Staff really friendly.

A bit noisy at times (downstairs guests were rowdy late one night, including at least 6 people on the balcony with music playing, but it didn't last long). Bed was a bit firm for me. No extra blanket (I''m a cold sleeper).
