We had a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage. Very new with full size beds in each bedroom and double bunk above in one bedroom. There were excellent facilities with full size fridge and gas hot plate . Bathroom was great and tv, lounge and dining table was great. Outdoor table behind the cottage and parking with an outdoor shower. Sort drive ( or longish walk) to beach through the beautiful gardens of the hotel opposite
I loved everything, especially the staff , BUT they are absolutely crazy about smoking rules . They insist you must only smoke in a little lawn area in front of reception, but don’t provide a bin or ashtray. I know the tide of public opinion is anti smoking but this was way over the top I would never smoke inside a hotel room or where there were people affected, but they are so specific about their rule here. This could spoil the experience for some guests

The location is excellent. Opposite a general store, bakery and iconic pub/restaurant. The Chalet was immaculately clean with all the 'mod-cons' you would expect.
We had Chalet No19 which was showing its age. The wooden handrail and stairs were leading to the chalet were in need of urgent repair. The water pressure was excellent . So much so that the shower head couldn't cope and the hose was leaking. The bathroom overall needed a revamp. However, these didn't impact on the comfort of the chalet.

The property was lovely, brand new, fresh and clean. It was fairly spacious and comfortable.
It was brand new and we were the first occupants so they may have missed a couple of minor things. There were no hand towels in the bathroom and even though there was shampoo and conditioner there was no hand soap or shower gel. We also could not get the aircon in the living area to work, not sure if it was flat batteries or something. As I said minor details though and the cleanliness made up for it.

Location is great. Pub, General Store, Bottle Shop and Bakery across the road. Beach a short 15min stroll down hill. Good size cabin with a little kitchen for nights you don't feel like going out to eat.
Couch in the cabin had been well used. Be nice if they used a cover over it that could be swapped for a clean one after each booking group. An updated TV would be nice so you can use Netflix and/or Screen Share a device. With all that said, we will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location! Short drive to the beach and Dunsborough. Perfect for kids - the jump pad was awesome and the nature park was great too. Our cabin was modern and had everything you needed. We loved our stay.
It was all great but if o could pick one thing it would be that the games room was a little bare. Maybe adding some board games or something might spruce it up for the littler kids!

The value for this cabin was brilliant. The kitchen was well stocked. The wifi worked well. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly when checking in/out.
The bathroom was a little dated but perfectly functional and clean. The smoke alarm was also directly above the only plug socket in the kitchen which wasn't ideal when making toast. But 2 super small points!

The cabin was really well set out and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy. It was conveniently located across the road from a shop / cafe, bottle shop and Caves House Hotel. Ngilgi Cave was also very close. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was very quiet, especially at night.
The fridge was noisy, but that was a very minor issue.

Location is excellent, close to Yallingup beach, across the road from the Caves house hotel, a bakery and the local shop for all your urgent food needs. About 5k from Dunsborough too
Our cabin was great. We left as the Easter / School Holiday rush was coming in which would have made it a bit more crowded, but whilst we were there it was great. No dramas at all.

Great location close to many attractions. Was very quiet, heard the Kookaburras several times, were just at the end of school holidays so only a few kids staying. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities good.
Wifi was very intermittent. So couldn't watch the TV. But this was not aajor detractor, as we could use our other devices, and we were only wanting to use it in the evening.

Well located next to Caves House, bakery and shop. Les than 10 minutes from Dunsborough and easy access to wineries etc. along Caves Rd towards Margaret River. Plenty of trees, friendly staff and quite tranquil.
A little bit of a problem with the internet/tv connection which seemed to be exacerbated by atmospheric conditions.
