The room and bed were extremely great, It was the first time I relaxed because of this amazing pillow and mattress. Highly recommend

Parking is extremely rude. They destroy your tires and very speeding, change seat settings. Not recommend. Instead of parking guy, just use your car near open slots parking.

Great location, accommodations,great staff, clean facilities, quick access to the beach, and the pool. The restaurant food was delicious. Bar was available all day.

I didn't like the $20 fee per day for soap 2 bottles of water, the refrigerator stove microwave. Make that part of the price so people have a choice when booking. They surprised me with this and I did not like it. It comes off as shady and sneaky. Be transparent up front.

The pool area was exceptional, beauty and clean and very close to the beach. Different option to eat and drinks.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for the umbrellas and shairs in the beach. And you have to be worried about it because if you want to spend time at the pool and then go back to the beach you never know if you going to loose your umbrella. At least it should be some arrangement to let you if you pay for it enjoy it the all day even if you are at the pool

The location was amazing. It was nothing like any of the negative reviews. Room was clean. We asked for ocean view. Got a room at 9th floor with ocean. Cannot ask for more. Valet parking was smooth. Always got my car in 10-15mins. Breakfast, cocktails, food at the pool was awesome. Pool was nice warm clean. We will definitely stay again.

Nice remodeled hotel right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Italian restaurant in lower level was really good. Room was very good size with an ocean view. We arrived a day early for our cruise the next day, and booked this room cause it was a better price than some in the area. There were still some renovations in progress while we were there, but we would book again.

Room had a slight smell of alcohol left, and tub and sink in bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. They do not offer a shuttle for airport or cruise port either, but we did know that before we booked.

The property is beautiful inside and out our room was perfect and so was the view we had a kitchenette living room and balcony

The property has everything you need gift shop restaurant a bar a mini market there was even a barber shop amongst other things they not only do they have a pool but also have amazing relaxing beach front views

John was always very helpful, any time I called the front desk or came down regarding any inquiry he was always very helpful and polite. I stayed here for over 2 weeks.

Everything in the accommodation was good. I like everything in general

I didn’t like that the pool towels could not be taken to the room; my girls had to get out of the pool frozen because they took the towels off at the exit. I didn’t like the long wait to be able to leave. They took more than an hour and a half to bring our car, a total lack of respect.

Television set in next room was loud sometimes

Proper food restaurant is Km away. You have to walk or buy all ingredients and cook for yourself
