Room was fine, only problem was the sink in the washroom, it must have a partial blockage as it drained extremely slow. Did not use the pool Breakfast was very good and the price great compared to other places we ate The young lady that was at the front desk was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile.

It was a great location for us travelling through, it was clean and comfortable and the room had a microwave and fridge which was important to us.

The pool isn’t heated which was a shame, it was too cold for us to spend time in. Conversely, the jacuzzi was hotter than any bathtub I’ve been in, but was tolerable for short periods. The staff member who checked us in was not particularly welcoming, but not rude.

The room was set up well, loved the decor.

Customer service was lacking at the front desk. It felt like the staff was bothered by the quest. When answering the phone from the room, the response was 'hi...' It appeared clean, but not too sure as there was a cord left from previous guest, which should have been found if the room was cleaned.

The was clean and the inside balcony was nice. It was thoughtful to have a small table with 2 chairs.

Its surprising that hotels don't have 2 chairs to seat on especially when you book for 2. But this hotel did. Thks. Swimming pool the bottom needs a good scrub. Hot tub should be prohibited to small children.

We went to our room. The door stuck. Eventually we got out. I went to the desk and the member of staff sent a maintenance person. He could not fix it, so returned to the desk. By the time I got there, the duty manager had allocated us a better room.

Nothing.

The balconies in the room were wonderful for a family with a child we could be "outside" while our son went to sleep. The restaurant in the hotel was above and beyond our expectations food and portions were fantastic. Toiletries were Dove products and towels provided were soft.

The pool and hot tub were in need of a good clean (gravely debris) on the bottom of pool and a ring of dirt above the water line of the hot tub. We still used them as they were highly chlorined but they could use a little maintaining. Top blanket didn't have a duvet cover just 2 sheets one on top and one on bottom of duvet.

It was very nice hotel! Having the restaurant and pool there was extremely convenient. Especially with a toddler! Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was extremely professional and friendly.

The rooms could use some modernization, but overall for the cost it was still a great time. One other small thing was that the pool was supposed to be heated, but it definitely didn't feel like it.

Very quiet and comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi tub was great. The indoor courtyard that we could also view from our balcony was awesome. Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Staff was very friendly and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and overall a great experience as well.

The bathroom is a little dated, with some half completed repairs around the left side if the sink, drywall screws and wall plaster visible but did not affect using the washroom at all

Came to town to visit my son who goes to school...he joined me at the hotel for some swimming and some pool. Very relaxing and nice as we didn't have to go look for things to do. Everything was in the facility

Would have liked a few more towels...other than that we had the best time. Thank you

Everything was great, from check in to checkout. Front desk was very kind and friendly. Never met any of the housekeeping staff. I had a issue with my room and front desk gave me a free breakfast, thought that was really nice!

There a few things. 1. My blanket on my bed had a huge blood stain. You can tell it was never, cleaned from the last geuss. Pretty gross 2. The pool was way to cold. 3. All my dresser drawers were dirty 4. There was someones name written on the picture, from grease or something 5. One of the coffee cups was dirty 6. No light on the Balcony 7. Not enough towels for 2 queen beds for 2 people.
