The property is so beautiful and centrally located. I loved the architecture, the design of the rooms and the lobby area. I had a very early morning checkout and one of the attendants helped me with my bags and waited with me on the side of the road until the Uber came. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

There was some renovation work being done which meant that the original entrance to the hotel was not accessible. It meant a bit more tugging of my luggage up the entrance stairs and to the check in area. The staff assisted. Because of the renovation there was a slightly off scent at the entrance it was perhaps paint. I am willing to forgive as the hotel was engaged in well needed renovation. I loved my room except for the slightly dated bathroom. After complaining the team came and made repairs. I would recommend that more work be done to improve the bathrooms as is the case in the main room area.

I like the value for money at this hotel. It's safe, comfortable, attractive and a reasonable walk to interesting attractions.

We had to ask multiple times (3) for sheets on the pull-out bad, which was a naked mattress. Why did we have to ask so many times, and why wouldn't the hotel have some sheets already placed on it? No room service for the babysitter. Also, the room (616) shared a wall with the elevator, so we heard all the mechanical noises at night.

Stylish hotel, nice architecture, confortable rooms. Just few block from famous French quarter and Barboun street, perfect place to stay. Breakfast not included (with my rate) but at very affordable price, great dining room.

Overnight Parking very expensive (40$) but it’s not due to hotel

The lobby was beautiful with the Christmas decorations and staff that greeted us at the entry door was beyond friendly and helpful. Pat, the front desk agent was great! Explained all amenities and offered additional help if we needed it. The lobby bar was gorgeous with the red velvet, and we really enjoyed the DJ that was there on Friday night (11/15) as we managed to get the place bumping/dancing!

The thermostat in our room was not working but we didn't realize it until after we had gone to bed on our first night as it was so HOT in the room. We called down to the front desk in the morning and they immediately sent someone up to replace the battery and getting it working again. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. We let the front desk know about it when we checked out as when we called down to the front desk on our 2nd day to report it, we got left on hold for over 20 minutes so had to hang up as we had somewhere to be. Other than that, no other issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is beautiful, rooms very well appointed and bed extremely comfortable.

Staff (some) were quite rude. I was never informed about the heritage tax and when I enquired was sent a message back (booking.com) to say it was included however it was not. Lifts were down, only one working, then both brokedown and we have to use the staff lifts then they closed that down and we had a walk up to 4 flights of stairs! Staff really did not give a crap about that. The water/milk on offer downstairs became a nightmare, people spilling on tiles and I went for a bit of a slip.

Le Pavillon is a beautiful place, perfectly situated in the heart of New Orleans. The staff were remarkable, and I believe this is what makes this an outstanding selection for accommodations.

I don't think the hotel has fully realized what it's trying to be. We stayed in a suite after being upgraded from our original booking. After the euphoria fades, you'll start noticing the little things that separate some of the higher end hotels. Examples, after returning in the evening, you'd expect your room to resemble how it was when you first checked in. Our pillows were on the floor. Surfaces were not wiped down. Towels were not replenished.

Serving PB & J daily since 1988. Needed a convenient location for a med school graduation. Le Pavillion has location, location, location. So easy to walk to the university med center campus and then the convention center for the commencement ceremony. A short walk to the Riverwalk, the New Orleans Holocaust Memorial and The Cabildo House. Nice peekaboo view of the Crescent City Connection bridge from our seventh floor room. Loved the cute PB & J Tradition. Apparently a guest ordered a late night glass of cold milk from the bartender and shared that he always drank a glass of milk and ate a PB & J sandwich with his daughter. To feel close to her even when he was away, he still drank a glass of cold milk. The staff was so touched by this sweet story that they made him a PB & J sandwich to go with his glass of milk. Today, you can enjoy a PB & J snack from 4-5 daily served with a cold glass of whole or chocolate milk in the lobby near the bar. A little something extra. Parking is available via valet. Intentionally booked a room that included overnight parking, otherwise it would have been $51 per night. Convenient location on Poydras. About a 15 minute walk to the Quarter, the convention center and the med school.

The rooms were comfy, although the beds were a bit too soft. Would have liked to have had bottled water to make hot tea or coffee in the room, but there is a self serve machine behind the check-in desk to make a chai latte or a cappuccino

Perfect location for the New Orleans Saints game we were in town for. We walked or took a streetcar everywhere. Beautiful, comfortable, classy, hotel! Our second stay.

One of only two elevators was down 3 of our 4 days there. I know things happen but the property is very close to the Superdome in New Orleans & it was a home game weekend for the Saints. There were wedding parties staying there plus regular tourists. Some of the other guests said they’d waited 20 minutes for the 1 elevator that worked.
