An amazing hotel with a very nice and clean structure, with many good facilities (swimming pool, rooftop, bars, gym). The animations are a plus, especially at night the quality of the shows are top notch. Despite the number of people at the real sometimes , the food is always abundant and very tasty. All inclusive is a plus, because everything from snacks to drink (alcoholic and not) any time of the day is available and included

In our room, we had bed the single double bed which was a bit uncomfortable for us as a couple. It will be better to have a queen size bed especially for couples….. the spa treatment are okay but I think there is room for improvement on the massage.

Very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Food selection wide and although a buffet, temperatures were well monitored. Everything we tried was more than satisfactory.

The VERY loud daytime entertainment which seemed to be attended by about 12 people, but was so loud it impacted on the experience of everyone else.....sadly it meant that we were glad to leave - when everything else was perfect.

This was booked as a surprise for a friend's 70th birthday. It was an overnight stay all inclusive. We asked for adjoining Junior Suites which were first class. Very spacious & well equipped. Plenty of plug sockets & USB charging points. At registration we were greeted by Mathilda who was charming, & she issued the four of us complimentary Spa passes. All the pool areas, shaded seating areas were excellent with plenty of chairs, sunbeds etc. The restaurant times for all meals were good & the food, especially salad ingredients, was very good. Dining area was bright & airy, & used items were promptly cleared. Another nice touch was a bottle of Bubbly was brought to our table to celebrate our friends birthday. Pre dinner, there was a very good duo playing by the pool. The later entertainment took place in the Theatre. All in all, everything was excellent, and although we only had 2days & 1 night there, we would have no hesitation in staying again, or recommending to others.

Self service coffee machine ran out at breakfast & having been in the queue for a good 5mins,it was a bit annoying. Also White wine dispenser ran out & wasn't replenished promptly.

The staff here work extremely hard and do long days and all with a smile and are very pleasant. Meal times were well organised with a very good selection of foods and trays were promptly filled when running low. Reception has very good front of house staff, with welcoming smiles and excellent introduction information. Good entertainment at the pool and night bar every day/evening. A staff member even did an Elvis night and was brilliant, very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The infinity pool could have been heated and the steps in the pool are very hard to see, maybe to mark the edge could be an idea. The smoke alarm in the room has a bright red light flashing and it can keep you awake during the night.

Great hotel located in quieter part of Corralejo, close to city centre and beach. Clean rooms, lovely swimming pools, other activities include pool, table tennis, live music. Late bar at the restaurant. Food selection was infinite and very tasty. Staff was very helpful and friendly, caring for guests. Would definitely come back there and I recommend this hotel to anyone for nice and relaxing visit. Thanks very much for great experience at this lovely place.

- Every single area of the hotel, including the pool areas, guest rooms, reception and dining areas, were spotlessly clean and well maintained. - The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Always friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the guest experience. - Quick and easy check in - Fast, free WiFi - Great quality starters, mains and salad bar at the buffet. I doubt anyone would struggle to find something they enjoyed! - our suite was spacious, modern and comfortable with great air conditioning and a lovely view of the pool - The rooftop infinity pool area was stunning, with ample loungers and a lovely bar - Great location, a comfortable walk into the centre of Corralejo and to the stunning sand dunes.

- In my opinion, the hotel let itself down with the alcohol on the standard All Inclusive. I understand having local brands, but the quality of the spirits, wine and sparkling wine was particularly poor to the point that some drinks (in particular the coconut rum, brut and vodka) did not taste nice. - Dessert, with the exception of a fantastic chocolate fountain one evening, was also very repetitive and not the quality I would have expected. - The swimming pools were ice cold. I have read there are mandated restrictions on heating and cooling so perhaps beyond the hotel's control. - The rooftop infinity pool area is only open 11-5. This is far too restrictive and should be 10am - 5.30pm to enjoy the weather.

The Zensation block is worth the extra money for the AC . Gino the entertainment manager is fantastic and does his best to get everyone involved. The staff are beyond amazing I've never seen staff work so hard with a smile on their face all the time.

More staff needed overall, we were well looked after BUT we felt to the detriment of the existing staff , fair is fair! Use of single use plastic way in excess of what it could be with a little thought. We all have to do our bit to contribute to our future . When booking with booking.com it does not make it clear EXACTLY what you are entitled to as a superior room guest of the Zensation block. What was included last visit seems to have changed to lesser entitlements. Best to specify so no ambiguity. e,g.days you can use of roof top pool, premium drinks

Beautiful clean rooms. Really close to the pool which had a lovely pool set up and comfy loungers. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Very comfy beds. Lovely powerful shower.

Everything a little convoluted where it didn't need to be eg,checking in, getting pool towels, going to the gym i think there is a more streamlined way to organise those things. A non buffet lunch option for non all inclusive guests. Nicer cocktails with more variety. Not have the entertainment team on loudspeakers at 10am or so. I would have liked to be closer to the centre of Corralejo but for the price and amenities I think was a good price

Where do we start... The room was gorgeous- tastefully decorated, clean and it had patio doors that led out into one of the quiet pools! The staff were very attentive and made a massive effort with us! It was my partners birthday and they came to our room to surprise us with a bottle of cava 😍 I couldn't believe how thoughtful this was.. !! The drinks included with all inclusive were great and very strong... One cocktail was enough to get me a bit tipsy!!! Definitely not watered down and it was great to see a little menu of (tasty) cocktails included. We loved the vibe... It was nice and chill but not too quite too! The pools were lovely and clean.. the main one was absolutely freezing though!! We never struggled to find two free sunbeds together! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as the views were stunning. Can't remember her name but the lady often working on the rooftop pool was LOVELY and would always bring around sandwiches and fruit to everyone just before lunch! The pizza at the buffet was outstanding... And definitely the best thing at the buffet. We had the best time... Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!!.. and we've stayed in alot!!

The food... It was okayyyy.. as stated above the pizza was fantastic. 10/10. Can't fault the pizza. Everything else was just ok. I found everything to be a little bit cold. It had a fairly good selection and was quite varied... But I'm a bit hard to please as I'm a bit of foodie so I don't think a buffet is for me anyway. The entertainment wasn't really our cup of tea either... But it was fine ..wasn't awful.
