Rooms were nice and very clean. Staff were great and very helpful.

The only thing that annoyed me was trivial to some but I noticed that the restaurant menu said that prices included tax. When I got the bill for food they showed an ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TAX, when I queried this charge and showed them that the menu states inclusive, they just said that there had been a printing error and it should say EXCLUSIVE OF TAX. I find that they had made no effort to highlight this "error" to guests, not crossed out, no sticker saying that there is a printing error. I can only believe that this is deliberate, knowing that most guests don't look at the bill closely but this is very unfair, unjust and underhand. 😡.

Very peaceful and tranquil property, with nicely maintained lawns. Some staff were friendlier than others but generally they were helpful. The rooms were massive, as were the beds which were comfortable. The pool area is lovely and relaxing.

We have spent quite a bit of time in Bali so thought we would try this location this time round however if it's your first time to Bali I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere as there is very little going on around here. We spent 3 nights here and that was plenty to spend in this area. Also if you are vegetarian or vegan as we are, just know there is very little around to eat which makes it a little tricky.

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are an excellent size, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was super delicious. The pool is amazing, it was much appreciated. We had a Balinese massage that took us to paradise. We booked some tours/transfers through the hotel, which went very well, thank you for your patience with all our questions during the booking process. The location is good, a small street away from the main street, with many tasty places to eat, although the hotel also has a very good restaurant.

Nothing negative to point out.

My stay was fantastic. I was there for eight days and there is not one thing negative to mention. The staff were awesome. From tending to the bar and kitchen to making up the room everyday, there was nothing that went undone. Food was great and the free breakfast was even better. People mentioned a "narrow road" to get there, no big deal! Taxis/Ubers have it handled. Walking distance to beach. About 45 minute walk to Nusa Dua beach and a 45 minute scooter ride to Uluwatu Temple. Walk down the "narrow road" to mini-mart, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tours stands and massage. Great place for a short stay or extended!

Had an excellent stay. Ended up staying for 4 nights as it was so comfortable. Very peaceful oasis, tucked away from the main busy road. The pool was huge and very clean with sun beds. The rooms were fresh with kettle, towels, swimming towels, fridge. Good wifi. Breakfast was delicious, I opted for Indonesian food and it didn’t disappoint. Lunch and dinner was available also. I had a double room then a twin however my friends had a larger room with sofa. Highly recommend.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smaller rooms had interconnected doors, which were paper thin, you could hear everything from your neighbour in the next room and I mean everything…….

This accommodation was really nice. We stayed there 5 nights with our 2 year old daughter. There is no bufet for breakfast but you choose from three options (american, indonesian, healthy). You can also order dinner or massage.

The only disadvantage we found was the location. It is walking distance to the beach, but the beach is not very nice a there are no cafes/bars at the beach. There is only one resort next to each other. So for better experience we had to take a taxi to Nusa Dua beach. But this is not a problem of the accommodation itself.

We thought this was a lovely place to finish off our 3 weeks in Bali. The staff were lovely, the breakfasts were included (and delicious), the property was very clean and a pleasure to stay at. The beach access was a bit confusing, and we wanted to see the morning sunrise so we went to the Nikko Hotel and Resort Bali and asked security if we could go on to their beach. They said yes, but they may not do this for everyone. We think Green d'Mel is a definite treasure on a budget.

Other people have said the alley/road way from the main road is busy and narrow. I agree and so did our drivers. But worth it for the cost and location at Nusa Dua.

The location, perfect for a quiet stay and not too far of a walk to the main street.

We booked 8 rooms and one of the rooms had sewerage problems over the 5 nights stay. Staff flushed the drains twice but on day 2 the sewerage smell was that bad we couldn’t enter the room. We couldn’t change rooms as all rooms were booked. The exhaust fan was left on day and night, we had to use air fresheners when using the bathroom and we had to place towels to cover the shower drain to reduce the odour.

We loved our stay here. It was beautiful. The room was super spacious, clean, and the AC was so good. We were very close to the pool (my husband loved that). There were also complimentary breakky - choice between western breakfast & indonesian breakfast. (You could order different ones if you wanted, for an additional price). Basically it felt like a boutique hotel, it was very private but had that hotel feel. They offer massages too. I lowkey regret not taking lots of photos tho,

You’ll need to walk a little bit to get to the main street. Also, we found it quite hard to get grab/taxi straight away - make sure to book your transportation ahead. There also isn’t a lot of choices in-terms of markets/food choices compared to other areas such as Kuta/Seminyak etc.

Very affordable, lovely staff, small and cute. Everything is available right there. You can message the staff for anything you want and place all orders online. Staff are lovely. Very close to the Nusa dua resorts without the huge price tag. Most of the guests spent all day at the homestay. It's quiet and pretty and the pool is perfect. It was a bit too quiet for our loud 4yr old so we spent the days in kids pools of other resorts.

The massage area was next to the pool. The wifi password scancise should be on the room.
